I looked up at the stranger. He was tall, lanky, and had pointy features. His curly red-gold hair fell in his eyes. I just stared. He looked quizzically at me.
"Aren't you going to answer me?" He asked. His voice was somehow smooth and silky, but still deep and gravelly.
I just shook my head. As I looked closely at him, he seemed somehow transparent.
"That's okay. No one talks to me the first time to me anyway."
I saw a tear roll down his cheek so I wiped it away. His face was about the temperature of the smoke that comes from dry ice.
He grabbed my hand and looked closely at it. "You can touch me?"
I just nodded slowly. He smiled then it just as quickly as it appeared it was washed away by a frown.
"I should leave..."He mumbled. Then he disappeared. He was there and then he wasn't ...
