In the following morning, Gregory and Roxy showed Axel the tape. Axel listened to the whole thing thing, and when it stopped, Gregory said "Of all the homes we picked, we moved into the old Afton house". Axel was silent for a minute, but soon got up and went to the kitchen. Roxy soon followed him into the kitchen and saw Axel grabbing a bottle of beer from the fridge.

"You okay?" Roxy said, and Axel said "I don't know how this happened... We have to be the unluckiest family in the world"

"... Just don't over do yourself"

"I know... I know..." Axel said.

Gregory soon went back downstairs and located the photo he saw. Of William and his family, he found it surprising that such a despicable man turned out to be loving family man. Gregory wasn't able to tell what happened to Norman, or Michael. Gregory decided to do some more research, and he went back to his room and googled a "Norman Afton" online. He soon came upon a news article from 1983 of a incident at Fredbears Family Diner, where Norman Afton got "springlocked" in the head by an animatronic, kinda as if he was bitten. The bite crushed his skull and destroyed the frontal lobe of his brain.

Gregory saw that the company that owned this diner was Fazbear Co., the owners of the Pizzaplex. Gregory was amazed that such a horrific event happened about 55 years ago and the company is still functional. Gregory soon looked up William Afton himself and saw the man has been missing since 1993. 45 years ago.

Gregory was beginning to doubt William hung himself, since he would've found that on the news article. Something else must've happened, but what?

Gregory soon found an old website called Fazbear's Fright, a burned down attraction in 2022. He looked through the website and soon saw an animatronic was brought into the factory years ago and this animatronic was described as "half man, half animatronic". It soon clicked, this "Springtrap" must be William Afton. Gregory began to wonder how he went from a brocken, insane man, to a animatronic monster. Something must've happened to him, and Gregory knows he needed to find out.

Gregory soon put on some new clothes, grabbed a backpack full of water and food, and a baseball bat, as well as his skateboard. Gregory left a note in his room, and soon snuck his way out of the house, on his way to Freddy Fazbears Pizzeria, where the original Pizzeria where Afton disappeared. He was looking to maybe get some closure on the Afton mystery.

He skated down the road, using a GPS navigator to find his way to the area, where it was on the outskirts of town. As he continued skating, some man in a unassuming car watched Gregory skate down the street. He soon pulled out his phone, and called someone "Hey boss, I have eyes on him. He's heading down Oakwood Ave, looks like he's heading to Freddy Fazbears. What should we do"

"Follow him, and when he gets there, let us know so we can get the place surrounded", The Boss said, "Sure, I'll call you back" he said as he hung up, and slowly began following Gregory.

Gregory continued skating down the road, and after a good hour of skating, he soon managed to make it to Freddy Fazbear's, the place that Afton was last seen before... he was turned into what he is now. Gregory soon pulled out his baseball bat, and used it to bust open one of the worn out windows. Gregory climbed inside and soon placed his skateboard on the ground and soon said "Alright, Fazbears, lets see what this place has in store for me"

Gregory walked around, shining his light around the dark and dilapidated pizzeria, it reminded him a lot of the pizzaplex. Gregory soon managed to find the show stage and saw the whole place was run down, clearly this place must be due for demolition sometime, it's a hazard to anyone who goes here, there's probably loads of asbestos here. Gregory did see on the ceiling that there actually is some black mold on the ceiling, he decided to try and speed up his search before he gets sick.
