. . . .

We talk a bit about how my mother hosts tea parties to form connections and flaunt the power of the Dukedom to uphold the hierarchy. All interesting but useless information to me.

I asked Annie to eat with me, but she said she had already eaten. I don't know if that's true or not, but Annie didn't seem hungry anyways so I put it aside.

After my meal was cleared, Annie helped me into an "outerwear", a dress meant for outside activities. It had more layers than what I was wearing previously and covered my legs. It was a light green dress that had layers that flowered out and had an assortment of vines and flowers weaving throughout the bottom with varying shades of green.

Now that I'm in front of a mirror, I can see my full reflection. Besides my sickly undertones and very pale skin, probably from reading inside too much, I was fairly pretty with long slightly wavy reddish-brown hair and brown eyes with green and purple flecks. The green dress that Annie picked out for me really highlighted the redness of my hair and shaped my body very attractively.
I definitely looked to be 15 years old. I patted my chest. I don't know why I didn't notice it before but I have a pretty nice rack and butt. I turned around as gracefully as I could and watched the layers flutter and swirl around me. I felt kind of like a princess. Too cool!

"Are we almost done, Annie?" I ask as Annie is still fiddling around, pinching and pulling on my dress, smoothing out the creases, and fixing the sash around my stomach.

"Yes, yes my lady, I just need to do your hair and then we can go." Annie pushes me towards the bathroom that is connected to my bedroom, a huge vanity sits in the center. I stumbled a bit from the length of the dress and the heels. Luckily I'm still recovering so Annie decided on these cute brown flats with a small heel, maybe less than half an inch, so I could walk comfortably.

Annie skillfully weaves my hair into a long side ponytail with a simple braid and a cute grassy green ribbon intertwined with the ponytail. I look so beautiful.

We ultimately decided not to do any makeup since I was very adamantly eager to go and wasn't going to see anyone of importance anyways.

I stood outside my bedroom door, admiring the details of the light tan pillars that align the halls of this very obviously huge castle. I couldn't see out the window in my room because of the piles of stuffed animals so I didn't know how big and how grandiose this place was. I expected some medieval, European-style house based on the style of my room, but I didn't think it was actually like a fairytale castle. I look around, seeing other doors leading to rooms beyond my room. Looks like my room is in a small corner as there aren't any doors in the front or beside me. I assumed so since my room is so large and is connected to a humongous closet and bathroom with a complete vanity.

Annie went to go get some snacks and a blanket for me to sit on, so I've been waiting a bit for her, holding onto my books to read under the tree. Since I didn't know where to go, I had to wait in front of my room. Even though it's been a little bit, I have yet to see any other soul besides Annie, and the doctor that saw me when I first woke up. Either people are really busy or I really am forgotten.

I lean against my door, looking out through the window to my left, admiring the view outside. There's a visible rose maze garden directly outside my room and a gazebo with a small fountain in the center. I can see fields of greenery surrounding my house and a very nicely paved road leading up towards what I think is the main entrance of the house. It looks like I'm in the lower-left corner of this gigantic house. I haven't seen any stairs but I think this house is at least two stories tall. While I'm admiring the view, Annie comes up with a basket and a blanket.

"I'm back, my lady! Are you ready to go?" Slightly breathless, Annie fixes her crumpled apron.

"Yup! Let's go!"
