. . . .

The next morning I woke up feeling a lot stronger than I did yesterday. Annie had to help me go to the bathroom though and it was so embarrassing having her there, hearing me do my business. We plan to go visit the violepe tree after lunch as my mother will be hosting a tea party in the morning. I don't think I'm ready to meet other people, especially not those who knew me before I lost my memories.

Now that I'm feeling better, I'm able to walk around my room a bit and explore my large bedroom. Bartholomew is sitting directly on top of a very detailed dresser that is filled with lots of fancy clothes. It seems like my previous self liked the colors purple and green because there were a lot of clothes in those shades or maybe my grandpa just has weird tastes.

Most of my stuffed animals are piled up in the left-hand corner of the room. I kind of want to jump into it.

I take a second to ponder the potential safety risks before doing a running start and diving headfirst into the pile of fluff.

"Oof!" The softness of all of the stuffed animals envelops me, preventing any harm. I snuggle in deeper, practically drowning in the softness.

While I was savoring the fluff pile, I hear the door open.

"My lady, I brought you lunch. Are you feeling alright?" Annie's voice appears behind me.

"My lady?" Her voice is laced in confusion. I poke my head out of the pile. I see her looking around, panic slowly filling her eyes.

"Annie, I'm here!" I quickly proclaimed, feeling a little guilty. Her head pivots towards my voice and she breathes a sigh of relief. Annie quickly places my meal on the table next to my door and scurries over to the stuffed animal pile.

I fumble around, trying to rearrange my body to face Annie. After successfully turning around, I lay comfortably on the pile of stuffed animals. Annie comes up to me, curious.

"My lady, what are you doing?" She asks.

"I've wanted to jump into the pile since I woke up!" I felt a little embarrassed at my childish actions, but I didn't think it was too far off from the age of this body.

"By the way, how old am I, Annie?" From the looks of my room and the abundance of stuffed animals, I should be pretty young, but I am attending school, so maybe like 10 or 12?

"Oh, my lady, you are currently 15 years of age."
"FIFTEEN?!" I shouted. Annie flinches at my volume. I quickly get up from the pile of fluff, Annie helps me as my left foot got stuck.

"What's, what's wrong my lady?" Annie stutters, still in shock from my outburst. I can feel my face flush with embarrassment. A fifteen-year-old diving into a pile of stuffed animals? My hands cover my face as I head to the table.

"I feel so embarrassed." I mumbled. Annie shakes her head.

"You have nothing to be embarrassed about my lady! No one saw it!" Annie blurts out as she helps me sit down for my meal. Her words only made my face flush deeper. Just because no one was there to see it doesn't mean it wasn't embarrassing! I take a deep breath to calm my flaming face. Annie gives me a glass of water and I take a large swing.

"Anyways, my lady, didn't you want to go and see the violape tree?" Annie refills my glass and sits down. I start to eat my meal, pausing to swallow.

"Yes, is the tea party done?" I take a bite. Today's a roasted chicken with grilled vegetables and some soup. Very tasty.

"It is just wrapping up. The Duchess is handing out thank you gifts for the attendees now." Annie says. Cool, let's go and see the outside. I'm feeling cooped up!

"That's great! Let's go after this!" Annie nods.
