Thanks to Blade Wolf they were able to find an unknown lab close to Vale but for some reason in the sewers. Sadly Raiden might know what it could be but he didn't told the others yet. So he sent in both teams RWBY & JNPR to investigate. Jaune wasn't to happy to be working with them but he new he can't do it alone. Also assisting on their mission for scouting Raiden assigned Blade Wolf for support.
Vale's Sewer system
Yang: Ugh it stinks!
BW: I will scout ahead. All of you will provide back up.
Jaune: Hehe Sir yes sir.
BW: Commence Operation!
The hunt begins. Blade Wolf ran through the sewers leave teams RWBY and JNPR in the dust. But Jaune knew that entering the facility will not be easy.
BW: Jaune: Unidentified UGs are patrolling the sewers. Exercise caution.
Just then 6 gorilla like cyborgs (aka Mastfitts) jumped down from the ceiling attack the group surprising them and able to knock a few onto the wall.
Jaune: Everyone engage!
When I comes to strength having two huntsman on one Mastiff is a fair fight except for Jaune. Yang tried out her new Ember Celica with attached HF blade on the side and sliced the Mastiffs arms off while Pyrrha with her HF Milo and Akouo went for the legs. While the rest tried their best to take them down. After a few moments Jaune, Ruby, and Blake leaned against the wall finally done waiting for the others to finish off the last Mastiff.
Jaune: Took you long enough!
Yang: Those things pack a punch. *trying to catch her breath*
Jaune: Come on we need to move forward!
As went deeper into the sewers Blake could hear someone screaming for help near by.
Blake: Do you hear that?
Jaune: Kind of? What do you hear?
Blake: Someone's in trouble!
She then ran off into a near by hallway only to see a girl screaming for help as gekkos try and grab her. But Blake transformed her Shadow strike into rifle form and shot the two gekkos before the could take her away.
Blake: Are you ok?
Faunus Girl: Y-yes... thank you miss.
Blake: Your welcome.
Ruby: Blake what happened?!
Blake: Gekkos try and steal this girl but I was able to arrive and took them down.
Jaune: Good work babe.
Pyrrha hearing that she got a little jealous.
Jaune: What's you name kid?
Lina: L-Lina?
Jaune: I'm Jaune, that's Ruby, Blake, and the other are just people i know.
The rest heard that and just looked down in guilt.
Lina: Ok thank you for saving me. Are you with them?
Jaune: By them you mean?
Lina: The people who took us down here?
Jaune: No we're not. We are here to save them though.
Lina: Oh thank Oum!
Jaune: How did you escape?
Lina: I was able to give the guards the slip but one of the robots saw me and went after me. *starting to cry* I want my mommy.
Ruby: Hey hey it's ok. Yang can you take her to the surface so Ozpin and pick her up?
