Third Person POV:

They all ate and talked about some school stuff. How their grades are going, projects and most favorite teacher.

"Sir Ryder is you guys' favorite teacher too?" Ruble asked in surprise.

"Yeah I mean how is he not? He's super nice and considerate. Honestly it'll surprise me more if he wasn't your favorite." Rocky said.

"Yeah, he once covewed for my lunch when I forgot my allowance at home. I was really hungwy that day since Coach made us practice a few extwa sets, my stomach was pwactical eating itself! He didn't even ask me to pay him back even though I said I would tomorrow." Zuma said agreeing with Rocky.

"Agreed, he's the one who convinced me to join the basketball team in the first place. He was the first one to saw that I had skills on the sport even though was too shy to admit it. AND even went as far as convince my parents to let me join." Chase said.

"The first time I got bullied by Sweetie he put her in detention with no hesitation. He also talked to me after that saying I shouldn't let them push me around and if it happens again I could tell him and he'll deal with it personally. After that I didn't fear Sweetie anymore because then I know Sir Ryder's got my back." Skye added.

"Well, my reason aren't as deep as you guys. I just feel like he's much like my father. Like you said he's nice and considerate. He doesn't mind me whenever I subconsciously talk too loud in his class. He would even sometimes joke around with me like we're casual friends." Everest said.

" What about you bud?" Chase asked Marshall.

*"It's because unlike most teacher, he doesn't feel sorry for me because of my deficiency in some aspect, that we all obviously know of.
Instead he treats me like a normal student. He even went as far as stick a sign language guide poster in his office and would read it once in a while to master it. I saw it once when I went to submit my homework there."*
Marshall signed as Chase translated right after. All of them had greateful looks on their faces.

While they were discussing the topic a familiar face showed up.

"Oh! Sir Ryder! Nice to see you here!" Chase greeted with a smile. He liked the teacher very much so be was very nice to him.

"Hey there, I see you guys are enjoying yourselves in the weekend. And, don't bother calling me Sir outside of school, Just Ryder. Besides I'm only a few years older than you guys." Sir Ryder nodded and smiled.

" Wait really? So young and already have a job? You must've skipped a few grade levels and straight to highschool!" Rocky exclaimed in surprise.

"Hehe, you could say that." Ryder said embarrassed about the compliment. Indeed he had skipped a few grade levels until highschool because he found the lessons easier to understand than most kids at his age.
At the age of 18 he already graduated with an engineering degree. (AN; okay I know I'm exaggerating this waaay to much but hey come on I'm doing my best to at least keep a bit of lore here.)

But he chose to teach instead since he thought he still needed to be associated with school at his age.

"You can come and join us Sir- I mean, Ryder if you like." Everest corrected herself and offered, smiling.

"Yeah we have room for one more!" Rubble agreed as everyone else nodded enthusiastically.

"Well alright. Room for one more I guess!" He said as he found a space to sit down dropping his professional expression, now he gave off a feeling like he's just a student like them.

If you really didn't consider his teacher status you'd really feel like he's just a student at his age. Which made it for the rest of them easier to relate and talk with him.
