Chapter 3: Error waking up for a few minutes

Error woke up hours later, in a place he didn't recognize or knew. Where was he? Does the voice supposed to kill him or give him endless pain? What? Error tried to sit up or even move, but only ended up in agonizing pain, making him unable to move. Why isn't his high pain tolerance kicking in? But even then, the pain was too much, making him cry silently with pain. He's used to pain, why is he crying? Wait, why does he feel smaller?

Then a whimper and black fur-goo woke up coming over to the terrified painfilled child. Error turned his head slightly to see a fur ball with four legs. What are they called again? Puppys? That's one big gooey puppy. Does the fluff ball need a bath? Honestly, I liked this puppy it reminded him of stab horse. Someone gave him. Why does this big puppy remind him of someone? The wolf jumped up onto the bed avoiding his wounds before laying down next to him, gently licking error's tears, as error stared at the big puppy eyes...his eyes looked like... "N-Nightmare...?" Error asked unsure

The big puppy gently put his forehead against error, suddenly error felt tired. Soon error fell asleep, but a single thought crossed the child's mind 'Am I a tiny child...is the puppy nightmare?'

Nightmare p.o.v

Nightmare laid next to error who is now a child. He isn't sure how or why he's alive again, for the arrow in the soul should have killed him. It hurt that his own brother shot him...but he knew his brother wasn't in control of his own body. Nightmare saw pain, terror and sorrow in dreams eyes. Dream didn't want to hurt him or any of the bad sanses...but now dream is in another who knows what. The wolf doesn't know. He isn't even sure if he likes his knew...uh monster body thingy? What even is he now? Nightmare knew he's a wolf, but not a normal wolf...

Nightmare didn't care what he was though, he just glad that error is safe. Nightmare had a small flash back of his own soul wrapping around error protectively in the void as it tried to rip error apart, ignoring the pain of the void trying to force them apart. Nightmare shivered at that memory. Nope he doesn't want to experience that again.... But if he's here...is his...family here too? Probably not...

It hurt badly when error cried out in pain, yet also though they're somehow formed bond, knew that error wanted to see someone he knew. So that's what he did. To make his soul shatter error whimpered out "N-Nightmare?" So, nightmare used his sleeping magic to make the young soul sleep more to rest.

Nightmare looked over at the door hearing it open only to see sans the skeleton of this universe or multiverse whatever it is, walking in holding some food for the three of the people in the room. "They still haven't woken up?" Sans spoke looking at nightmare, who only responding by staring. After a few minutes of nightmares staring sans uncomfortable as the wolf stared at him. 'Yes, fear this big doggo' nightmare thought to himself proud even though he smacked himself for a childish insult at himself, his childish pack mates really did rub off him- wait. pack mates? I thought it was gang members. Oh well.

Nightmare also didn't understand how error is a child, but honestly. Error's adorable as a child...why did nightmare suddenly had a feeling to swallow error to put him in his wolf pouch to heal him faster? Creepy...

Unknown to nightmare 7 souls joined the multiverse. This is going to be interesting.
