Chapter 18: The first battle.

betty stood there with a smirk before opening their eye revealing glowing pink eyes that inflected insanity. Gaster didn't remove his eyes from betty as he started to speak.

"You're the first of your kind" Gaster spoke, closing his eyes. But when he opened them a flame of magic shown bright red. "I'll make sure you're the last."

Betty just stood in front of gaster, far away. Knowing the first battle of this war...is about to begin. =)

Gaster summoned his first attack, wingdings appearing in front of gaster. Large two hands appearing, betty frowned angrily, eyes narrowed full of hate in her eyes.

Oh she's going to have pleasure on killing this monster.

Gaster eye was bright red with determination, his hand in front of him. Making his large magic hand go forward to attack, betty ran forward full of bravery not even afraid.

Akumu flew forward blocking off an attack as betty jumped in the air, in the same height where her pink ball demon was floating.

Betty once again avoiding another attack running on the wall, gaster felt more rage at the creature avoiding the attacks, wanting the stupid demon to die. Glaring fully of hatred. Not moving a single inch.

Betty grinned, having akumu go on her arm, forming a sharp blink blade. Who dramatically spun in the air, eyes glowing pink with a sharp grin. Slashing their hand blade. Sadly for betty gaster blocked the attack with his magic hand, using green soul magic. taking a step back slightly as the ground cracked badly with smoke due to the force of betty attack.

Not speaking a single word, gasters that was slightly wide before narrowing, staring at betty in the eye the kindness shield cracking badly, another blow it may shatter. 'you're going to die, you're going to regret ever existing' gaster thought in his head.

betty just grinned, staring right back. 'This is going to be fun~', suddenly gaster summoned determination hand magic behind betty that fired its attack...Betty realized and quickly jumped away, so quick that it looked like a teleport. Did they steal sans magic? or they just sonic speed.

right where gaster was. Who had to block it to avoid getting damage from his own attack. Betty stood from gaster side, still grinning like they were playing a simple game.

To the pink soul of fear...it was a game.

Betty moved their hand, making akumu move away from betty hand, go at her feet before covering betty as akumu vanished, leaving betty with a glowing pink spear. A spear created by soul magic.

'time to die monster' betty thought in her head raising her spear up, as the goop of akumu dropped out of their mouth before forming a creepy huge grin with akumu eyes with good dripping off the side.

Suddenly betty teliported behind gaster striking their spear at gaster who had to move to the side to avoid getting hit.

"hm" betty made a sound, as akumu formed in front of gaster who quickly looked over as betty knelt onto the ground, gaster summoned a hand to block the attack, who quickly summoned a hand to block it...only for for it to throw him across the room with a scream. As betty giggled softly, enjoying this.

Gaster slid on the floor, taking slightly damage before taking advantage, used determination magic to spin up into the air before using yellow soul magic.

The ex-scientist wasn't giving up that easily.

"....WHAT THE HELL ARE THESE THINGS REAPER!!" Dust yelled avoiding another attack from the pink blobs. "YOU THINK I KNOW!?!" Reaper yelled back, holding onto dream who was crying, confused on what is happening. confused and scared.

Killer jumped at the one blob, slashing their claws and biting hard. Doing damage. "It would be helpful if we knew we had our magic back at least!" Geno spoke, avoiding an attack, before suddenly got hit and thrown across the battle field hitting a tree, hard.

SNAP

"GENO!"

(frisk and other human children)

Screaming was heard as a child ran past an alley that frisk, and two other human children. "lily!" the boy screamed out as two pink blobs chased after the child.

One blob stayed behind, seeing the small group before going at them. Which frisk intervened blocking the attack. "Go!! I'll cover you!" Frisk demanded.

Gaster and betty kept fighting, a large inhuman sized hand smashing at the ground which betty avoided, holding onto her scythe determind to win the battle. She refuses to back down.

'I can't hold on any longer' betty thought to themselves, but looked at gaster who was taking ragged breathing, but still determind. 'But neither can he.' She spoke, sweating before narrowing her eyes speaking to her evil friend.

"How long till we can use THAT kumu."

Akumu, didn't respond pulling away from betty, seeing souls being killed left and right by their blob creations.

Betty closed her eyes, having a pink glow due to the collected souls. "Just a few more" she spoke, with a cruel grin. She going to win this.
