BC # 4: Breaking Commandment

CHAPTER 1

IT HAS been months since I started schooling in the Philippines with my bestfriend, Zed. And everything seems perfect because we're together. Although I'm still adjusting.

Hindi naman mahirap matuto because I have maids from Philippines so grasping their language is just well... Madali...

"Meine Herzogin, what do you want for lunch?" Zed smiled as he approached me. Kahit kailan talaga, hindi siya marunong makinig.

"Sabi ko, mag-Filipino ka. Ibu-bully ka nanaman nila saying that you're being so conyo!" Maktol ko habang sumisimangot pa. Kung hindi lang ako maganda, laging tampulan si Zed ng tukso. "I want to dye your hair brown! Sobrang nakikita ka sa blonde hair."

"Do you want me to dye it?" Hinawakan niya ang buhok at inosente akong tinignan. "I can if you want me to."

"No..." Umiwas ako ng tingin dahil ito nanaman ang puso kong cute. Tumitibok nang malakas para kay Zed. "You're pogi with that hair."

"Really? I am?" His face lit up with my compliment. Dapat lang! He's supposed to feel proud because a Duchess complimented him.

I was about to tease him a little but some group of girls approached us with friendly smile. Or si Zed lang? Well, who cares? Zed wants to be with me. Nandoon siya kung nasaan ako.

"Killian, Reich. Gusto nyo bang sumama sa mall mamaya?" They weren't even paying attention to me. Para silang mga langgam at si Zed ang asukal.

"Well, you can ask Reich if she wants to." He shyly said which made me smile with triumph.

"Reich, sama na kayo! Pupunta kami sa arcade!" A girl clapped her hands and motioned me to stand up. "Masaya 'yun! Promise!"

"Arcade? Sa mall?" Takhang tanong ko. I always go to coffee shops after our class so I don't know about the malls.

"Oo. Hindi ka pa ba nakakapunta?" Para akong alien sa paningin nilang lahat. At ayaw ko ng mga tingin nila. They are belittling me for not knowing that goddam arcade.

"She went there but it was on Germany so I think, she'll be happy to join you today." Zed said and looked at me with 'I'm sorry' eyes. Pero mas okay yun dahil hindi ako napahiya.

"Really? I also went to Japan for arcade!" Another girl approched Zed. Again.

Being in an international school where people speak both Filipino and English is better. Although some of my guy classmates say things about Zed about him speaking in a German accent.

"So, are you going with us?" Paanyaya pa ulit ni Ate Girl so I decided to just nod because ano pa bang iaarte ko? Pumayag na si Zed. At alam kong magugustuhan din naman ni Zed doon. "We'll convoy nalang? You have your driver with you?"

"Yeah, we do." I answered back and brought out my phone to contact our driver. The Prince wouldn't mind if we enjoy our stay since we'll be going back to Germany after highschool. "I'd like to go somewhere. The mall. Can you accompany us? And lessen the bodyguards?"

"Ja, Herzogin. (Yes, Duchess)." The guard quickly replied as I motioned Zed to walk to the gate.

"We'll see you there." I said and turned to Zed who's excitedly looking at me. Sa aming dalawa, mas gusto ni Zed na mag-explore. Ako ito. Tamang antay lang sa aking Prince Charming.

"Are you sure? That we'll go with them? You don't like to be with people, Herzogin. We don't have to." Tunog nag-aalala nanaman si Zed. As usual.

"I know you want to go there so why not?" Bored kong sabi habang papunta sa sasakyan namin kung nasaan ang isang driver at guard na lagi naming kasama.
