DISBELIEF. HE JUST COULDN'T BELIVE.
It was like arising from the dead. The shivers that go through your body when with every scary scene His temperature went drastically down, but he was not shaking. Not from the cold at least.
Two brown eyes were staring at his green one, but what emotion was hiding in there Janis couldn't tell . Blackish jeans took the place of the eyes as George arose from his crouch.
Hundreds of questions were going through Janis' head. Why was George Carter of all people helping him? in a hospital to be exact?
Is he hypervalenting ?
"You gonna stand up or what?" George's gruff voice asked from above, but Janis was still staring at those cuffed jeans. AS George saw that Janis was yet to move, he scoffed and put his hand in front of Janis face. This time Janis looked at him, really looked at him as in just realizing that this was all real.
Silently the Daniels boy stood up ( with George's help ) he looked at him wide eyed, still wondering why George helped him.
"What are you doing here?" Janis asked and then immediately face-palmed himself, in his head of course.
"None of your business, loser." George answered him in a gruff voice, his dark eyes glaring at him.
Janis slightly pulled back, an evident frown on his face. He didn't understand why George was acting so strange—he was so nice for a moment and then turned cold all over again.
"I—i think i'm gonna go." Janis looked at his feet, too scared to look George in the eyes. He felt humiliated, for a moment he thought that George had started to change.
George didn't say anything and just stared at him in silence, as Janis shuffled on his feet. Finally after a moment of just blankly staring at each other, Janis decided to head back home.

"I just don't understand what he was doing in the hospital." Danny murmured while sipping from her hot coffee. Not waiting for Janis' response she continued rambling. "I mean was he visiting someone or is he sick...maybe he was donating blood? Oh, i got it he's totally a vampire, like there's no other explanation."
"You should stop watching 'The Vampire Diaries'." Janis looked at her weirdly. " and stop joking about that, it can be something serious, Danny." he shot a glare her way, getting only a hand raised in surrender from her.
"Stop being so dramatic! Relax, he was definitely just stalking you." The girl sighed, a completely serious look on her face.
"Why would he do that?" Janis questioned.
"Because he's in love with you, duh! Think about it, he bullies you just so he can have a reason to talk to you, and he's dominant. I can feel it, my sixth sense is telling me." Danny assured, looking at him with crazy-like eyes.
"You know what my sixth sense is telling me...that you're crazy." Janis scoffed. Danny was starting to get on his nerves with all her fussing about the boy, and she didn't even like boys.
"Okay, forget about those sixth sense, because tonight we're going partying, loser!" Danny shrieked, causing all the people in the cafe to glare their way.
"I—i dont feel like partying, i mean with my mom and all the stuff going on." the boy shrugged his shoulders, throwing all the stuff that have been too much on his mind lately.
"Come on, it's gonna be so fun. Not that i don't care about your problems, i really do, but you need to loosen up a little bit." she drawled out.
"Wait, wait—what's all of this about? Whose party are we going to? And since when do we go to parties?" Janis furrowed his brows in confusion.
Ever since he and Danny met they've both been pretty low at the school pyramid. It's always been just the two of them, Danny and Jan against the world. Or school, same thing.
"Doesn't matter, but what matters is that we're going." Danny stood up from her chair, waiting for Janis to do the same, both of their cups now empty on the table.
