Olunini village is a beautiful village in West Africa. The villagers are few but very much contented and happy
This village has two rivers, two markets, two big farms and almost everything in two
They live in harmony and unity to the extent that various villages envied and aspired to be like olunini.
Olunini has been like this for several years until enemies invaded this small village and started taking people captive.
This is a story of a little girl who lives with her family in this fruitful village.Before the war began
Asungbowo lived with her mother and father
But as a young teenager desperate to live life as she wants and to explore things even if it means going against her parents.
A very beautiful young maiden always searching for answers, not minding if anyone gets offended or not but she was always found sleeping
She takes after her mother as some villagers will say
They have bosunde market and bosunla market
Bosunde market takes place all through the year outside Olunini gate but the bosunde market takes place every day inside Olunini village
Usually, different sellers from numerous villages come to sell at the bosunde market and things are so cheap in this market
While bosunla market is just mainly for the villagers and things are quite expensive there
It happens that when the war started
All traders started selling their goods at a cheaper rate in the bosunde marketAjibosin father was part of the men assigned to go defend the village and prevent the war from entering the village. And he has been gone for months
Asungbowo, her mother and the villagers were hidden in the village and the war didn't get to them unless they step out of the gate
So it happens that Asungbola, asungbowo's mother ran out of foodstuffs and asungbola was complaining about eating plain yam since that seems to be in abundance in the village
So her mother sent her to go get pepper and some eggs at the bosunla market inside the village and warned her severely not to dare step outside the village gate
But Asungbowo being the strong-willed teenager that she was, thought to herself that she will see better things and various food at a cheaper rate at the bosunde market compared to the bosunla market which had few things at a more expensive rateWas she able to step outside the Olunini gate?
