Jeanette went to Brittany's room to inform her about dinner.

When she was at her door, she knocked until she heard a 'Come in!' She walked in to both her sisters doing their hair.

"Oh, hey Jean." Eleanor greeted.

"Hey guys, I'm glad I found you both together. I just wanted to let you know, that there's going to be a new cook for tonight." Jeanette told her sisters.

"Oh? What happened to Salma?" Brittany asked while putting curlers in her hair.

"Nothing. This boy just wanted to try out for the job." Jeanette explained.

"Oh, well, I hope he's good. I never really liked Salma's cooking...." Brittany said almost whispering.

"What's his name?" Eleanor asked while brushing her hair.

"Uh, Theodore Browne, I believe." Jeanette said.

"Oh, okay then." Eleanor said.

"Yeah, alright I'll let you guys finish doing your hair." Jeanette said, as she started to leave.

"Oh, you don't want to join us?" Brittany asked.

"No thank you, I want to read my new book I got." She replied.

"Oh, alright. Have fun." Brittany said and she went back to fixing her hair.

Brittany never really had any interest in the books Jeanette read, but of course she would never tell her that.

Jeanette closed Brittany's door and walked to her room.

When she got there, she placed the flowers on her window sill and watered them for a moment.

She sighed as she admired her new special flowers. She already had a few plants in her room and used the watering can she already had to water them.

After she was done, Jeanette lay down on her bed and started reading the book Simon gave her while waiting for dinnertime.

It was a tragic but, beautiful story about how a poor peasant was in love with the King's daughter.

One day, they both meet at a small garden a few miles from their village.

And after just talking with the peasant, the princess immediately fell for him.

But the King was entirely against it, and ordered for the peasant to be executed.

But when the princess found out, she stayed by his side until both of them were executed together.

Jeanette was enjoying the book so much that she lost track of time.

Finally someone knocked on the door, breaking her from her trance when she said, "Come in!"

It was the butler once again. "Ma'am, it's time for dinner." He gently said.

"Alright, I'm on my way, thank you John." She said, and she made her way to the Dining room.

There she saw both Brittany and Eleanor already at the table.

Simon was the last to arrive, and smiled when he saw Jeanette.
