Chapter 7: I Missed You

We are in my car right now, going to the real date. I wanted to spend some time with her, wanted to tell her many things and also, I have to give her something. Something, I couldn't give her before.

" Just shut up! I am hanging up now and don't burn my penthouse overnight. Bye!" She yelled suddenly at whoever was on the phone scaring the hell out of me.

" What happened?" I asked

"Nothing. Where are we going?"

" My house."

" Your house?"

" Yes my house. Why? Don't you want to go." I said with a little smirk.

" Why are we going there?" Her eyes widened

" Geez woman! Calm down. I have just arranged a suprise for you."

" Ohh.." She started looking outside the window.

" What did you think?" I looked at her. She tilted her head and her hair fell down on her face.

Wait! Is she blushing?

" Nothing."

" Look at me Ruhi."

" Why?" She is not going to look at me.

" Look at this it's a gift." She abruptly looked at me. Her face which already was turning to pink shades was going more dark.

" God! You are so cute! Look at you blushing."

" You!! I am not blushing and don't call me cute."

" I will because you are!" I said laughing and stopped the car.

" Why did you stop the car?"

" We are here?"

" Ohh."

" Ruhi, you should go first, I will park the car and then come."

" Park the car, I will wait."

" I also have to make a work-related call. You should go first. The penthouse, password is 1701." I kissed her cheeks and she started moving ou of the car but stopped middleway.

" Isn't that my birthday?"

What a way to embarrass yourself Advik!

But wait!

She is my girlfriend now so I shouldn't be embarassed.

I nodded at her and she flashed a smiled and went outside to the building. I parked my car and messaged my chef.

Advik: We are here, everything done?

Chef: It is sir. The food is settled and I have also turned on the presentation. By the time mam reaches here, it will start playing, I am heading out now.

Advik: Thank you so much!

Chef: You're welcome sir!

I went out of my car and walked to the lift and pressed on 20th button. I was hell nervous. She liked the previous one. Would she like this one?

As I walked out of the lift, the door was already open. I entered the penthouse, the decoration was so beautiful, I can say that! I walked more further and looked at her standing near the couch looking at the presentation. It was the only thing I did on my own. The whole decoration and cooking were done by the chef and helpers. I had to handle the office, call everyone, make preparations at the hotel that's why I couldn't do much here.
