We were on the swings for a pretty long time until we saw a father and a little daughter come running up.

"Hi, we have 2 questions" the father said.

"First: my daughter really likes your songs, billie. She wants a picture with you, is that alright?" The father asked.

I saw Billie's face lights up once she realized such a young little girl liked her music.

"Yes of course, come here" she said as she went on her knees to go to the girl's level.

"How old is she?" Billie asked.

"6 years, right Ella?" The father asked his daughter.

"Yes" she said in a cute voice.

Once the picture was taken the father asked the other question.

"Second question, Ella really wants to go on the swings if she may? It's her favorite" the father asked.

"Of course, we were about to leave soon anyway" billie said, she looked at me and held her hand out for me to grab.

I grab her hand and we walked away from the swings so they could use it.

"Why won't you stay and play with us?" Ella asked us.

"Would you like that?" Billie asked me.

"Yeah of course" i said.

Billie and i are both crazy about kids. We love them so much.

"Yayyyy" Ella said happily.

"It looks like you got yourselves a new friend" the father said.

"Yeah" billie laughed.

"Hey, what's your name, sir?" Billie asked eventually.

"I'm Mark, glad to meet you two, billie and?" He asked.

"I'm drew" i said.

"Glad to meet you two, billie and drew" he said.

We played with Ella until it was time they went home too, because it's around dinner time.

we'll see you soon again" billie said as she said goodbye to Ella.

"Yeah" Ella said sad.

"Don't be sad, okay? Can you promise me that? When you get sad, think about the amazing day we had, yeah? It'll cheer you right back up" billie said to her and she nodded.

"Okay, Mark, thank you so much and hopefully we'll see you with Ella very soon again" billie said.

"Of course, goodbye" he said as he grabbed Ella and walked away.

"I love little kids" billie said as we were walking home too.

"Yeah that's clear by now" i laughed.

When we got home we were again the last ones to arrive at the dinner table.

"Where were the two of you?" Patrick asked us.
