A normal work day for Yuki would be no less than a bundle of chaos, whether it's because of the noise or the movement in between the offices, but today was different. A day has passed since his faithful encounter with Akira. Though he thought it'd bring him great joy and bring out his smile, it only fed more of his envy. All his thoughts collide as he treads along the hallways with soundless gossip and slow movements of colleagues passing from office to office, the incident had caused his ego to slowly disintegrate.to pick him apart, questioning if he had failed his predecessors, but he suddenly bumped into a familiar face.

"Yuki. We already talked about this, and you still give me that smug look on your face, and it's too unfamiliar for me to translate into words. It all doesn't matter now; you have a meeting in 10 minutes, so get going. " Diana whispered while aggressively pulling on his collar, later letting him go.

Somewhere not so far away...

Akira had risen from what felt like death. He had woken up to the sound of knocking, and an insightful person like Akira had realized who it was from the pattern of noise. It was none other than the local delivery man. It was quite strange since he hadn't ordered anything in the past couple of weeks. He struggles to get up and is unable to do so. But his cockiness gets the best of him, and he eventually gets back on his feet after what felt like ages. He steadily walks, leaning on the walls for support, and at last he gets to the door. That's until he stops to question why the delivery man was still there, and with no time to react, the door gets knocked down, smoke suddenly appears, and through the smoke he had spotted a few shadowy figures.

Having no time to react, Akira is instantly knocked off of his feet, and even with no chance to make it out, he doesn't give in and keeps moving. He didn't realize it until he felt a stinging sensation on the back of his neck, realizing that he had been drugged, although it still doesn't stop him. He grasps on to his consciousness, which later ends as he's been put down and tazed.

He falls into a deep slumber, but before shutting his eyes, he recognized a familiar face.

They were back for him.

Meanwhile, Yuki had just entered his meeting, not realizing it wasn't an office job. Instead, it was an S-class task, which only Yuki could complete. "You're surely mistaken; we haven't had an S-class in forever." Yuki said, in a confused and nervous tone. "Well, your little pal Akira's past has caught up with him, it seems, though there's no solid proof of his criminal record. The underground barely ever appears, am I right? Your task at hand is simple; not one member is escaping, and Akira must be retrieved. Though it's probably too late, no man's body can handle that much N2O-". Having heard the news, Yuki quickly rushes out of the room, bumping into anything in his way with no hesitation, leaving all his co-workers in a state of confusion. He heads outside to his parked motorcycle and drives away, leaving him with no time to rethink a plan, though his sense of anger and distress has completely molded him.

His connection to all symptoms of fear has been cut off, like a dog being let off its leash to attack. He was getting to Akira no matter what. What?

As he zoomed past the cars and shifted in between them, even taking every turn perfectly, he had not lost an ounce of commitment. Although he may have not taken the instructions, he'd already taken precautions by placing a tracker on Akira. Though it was risky, it paid off pretty well. Yuki's sense of time had no meaning whatsoever to him. Getting closer by the second, his concentration gets the better of him. A trailer appears right in front of him as he makes another right, a mere 10 meters away from his demise while looking death in the face. His instincts had come back to life and he was only inches away as he moved around it, even scraping his bike in the process.
