Everything is not always as it seems

No chocolate for you

This morning all the kids were at school, except for me, they were supposed to be enrolling me for school, but they didn't want to do that just yet, but at school Alex and Harper were talking about the Spanish test that Alex just failed and she was happy about it, because that meant to her that she and her current crush Riley were paying more attention to each other than studying. And then our brother Justin came around the corner and Harper got so nervous because of her crush on him and whether Alex liked it or not she would give her friend advice she told her to talk to him about current events and then she let slip about Alex's test.

Also apparently he Riley had asked Alex out to a new fancy restaurant for Friday night, so Alex was having a pretty great day. And then they came home from school. She came into the house part and gave everyone the good news, but our parents were more concerned about her failed test grade, and then she told them about how she couldn't study because Max and Justin were playing paintball on the terrace, and she pulled back the curtains to prove it.

Dad was upset now about that, and so if she was getting in trouble there too. While, my Justin, Jack and I (outfit 61) were sitting at the table trying to work on magic homework. And were trying not to laugh about how Alex made the boys get in trouble, and that dad wanted them to go out there and scrub until the bricks shine and then mom was pulling Alex away telling her it was her fault that she did poorly on her Spanish test, and Alex just went with it.

Mom called her teacher to explain what a horrible role model she's been for Alex not teaching her about our Spanish heritage and our brothers were unhappy with her about telling on them to dad, and she was upset with them about telling dad about her failed test and that Alex thought she was learning a new language in two days, because her date with Riley and then before you know it we were in the lair and today's lesson was on pocket elves.

If we learned anything from today's lesson, its that we can have a pocket elf for any subject and not to give them chocolate and what would happen if we did and if it did don't under any circumstances let it bite us or bad things will happen, for learning purposes we did just that and tied the case up and let the little guy go for it, and we made a run for it. And the Spanish wasn't going so well either, and there was no way she gonna be able to learn Spanish in such little time and with Harper since supposedly she was going too, they wanted to figure out who was wearing what to the diner date on Friday.

And one thing lead to another and she was going to the lair to get herself a pocket elf to help her cheat on her Spanish test. He was in her locker, and was talking to her, and then he was in her backpack being told to keep quite and now because of the pocket elf she passed her test, and would get to go on her date with Riley Friday night, but then Justin caught her with it and instead of telling on her he said he was getting even with her, one way or another. Ha, not if I (outfit 44) had anything to do with it.

And now that she passed dad thought she was gonna be alone with this boy, and then she mentioned who all was going and had cleared it with Riley that myself and Jack and Justin too would be going. Dad said it was cute that she thought that was a date and then when we asked him what his on a date was when he was our age, he changed his mind and said that never mind that was what it was. Come again? Who is going where now? Come on please?

Yeah if you don't go, we don't get to go and we want to go. To a fancy steakhouse for dinner instead of making cookies with mom? *Ug* Fine and later that night she went to go get ready for her date and I (outfit 38)zapped some clothes on for this date, and saw Alex having trouble with some tangled belts as I rolled my eyes. Need help? Naw, I got it so this is his way of getting even on me yeah right? I didn't believe that for a sec, and came downstairs, and hid around the corner, doing a spell to make me invisible and got close enough to hear what they were really planning.

They were planning on putting the pocket elf with some chocolate in her purse so that he'd bite her and let the whole night get ruined for her. But when I *gasped* they heard me. My brother used his magic to let me seen again, and he had one of those evil sly older brother smirks on his face. Well, well, well.... Look who's sneaking around Max. I thought I smelt a rat. Now, what should we do with you? I'm not gonna let you do that to Alex! You're right, I'm not gonna do anything. You are!

Come again? And if you don't I know I can't get Alex back, but you, if you tell her what you heard, well you're part of this family now, we'll just have to treat you like one. What's that supposed to mean? It means if your anything like Alex is or was when she was younger, then you might be too, and don't worry, you'll have the last laugh, if or when you mess this whole thing up and tell on us. No, I'm not gonna do that! Come on, what's the big deal, you didn't want to go on this date, Alex is making you go, you can get even with her, all it takes is making sure she uses this purse on her date. Or else!

I didn't dare ask or else what, I didn't want to know his evil older brother ways, but I knew I would, as they shoved the purse into my hands, and Alex descended the stairs. When she was done talking with Justin, he shoved me at her to make me give her the purse. Here's your purse Alex, I *sighed* feeling guilty. Thanks. Ok, dad Farrah's friends will be here any moment to pick us up and take us all to the date with Riley. Ok girls have fun, stay safe, stay with each other. He pulls me by my arm. Don't let anything bad happen to her, and don't let her out of your sight. Got it.

We got in the car to all go to the place, and my phone went off.

OJ: Or else! (Evil smirk emoji)

Or else was all it said with a little evil smirk emoji, and my body shivered wondering what the or else could possibly be. But his clues told me it wasn't going to be anything good. If I knew anything, that smirk usually meant nothing good could come from it, the boys give me that smirk all the time, I didn't want to think that it was the same thing, but I feel like if I thought that I'd be wrong.

Hey, you ok? Huh? Yeah, I'm fine. Harper you guys go ahead and make your way in. Sure thing. I tried to get up too, but Alex took my hand before I could. Not so fast. Is everything ok? Everything's fine. Are you sure? Because I'm your sister, you can tell me anything. You know that right? And when you're twins it means you really mean it. Is there anything you want to tell me? Anything at all? And if its about either of our brothers, you might as well tell me now, and I can beat them up for it later.

Actually.... Alex, Farrah, come on everyone's waiting. Ok Harper, we'll be right there. Farrah? I'll tell you later, let's go inside now. Here, how about I won't sit next to Harper, you can sit next to me on one side and Riley will be on my other side and Harper will sit across from me with Jack and Justin. Thanks for coming out with me tonight. Oh don't thank me yet. Really. She took my hand and we joined everyone at the table. Everyone starts talking, I was starring out into space, thinking about that text message and the convo we had before we left.

Alex was having such a good time I didn't want to ruin it for her. But back at home Max forgot to put the chocolate in her purse so the boys had to come down and put it into her purse. And they made a waiter guy help them sneak around to get the chocolate in her purse. I saw them sneaking around, and Justin held a finger to his lips to signal me to keep quite. I bit my lip, feeling guilty. Alex? There's something I need to tell you.

But it was too late. One sec Farrah, she says turning to her purse, but the elf bit her. And she told him that she didn't want any of her chocolate. But now we were about to see why not to let the elf bite you, and he tried to get rid of the chocolate in the first place knowing he wasn't supposed to have it anyways, but now he was eating it and so would Alex. Things were not going to end well. I *sighed* knowing nothing good was going to happen. But it went from fine to worse in a matter of secs.

She was all hyper going all over the place, soon covered in chocolate like her life depended on it and couldn't stop and the boys were off to the side laughing watching the show. And then came the chocolate fountain. I felt bad and decided if the boys were gonna make Alex make a fool of herself, I might as well too. I stood up from my seat and yelled.... Chocolate party and dived right in. Jack and Justin looked at each other clueless, but assumed this was a good idea and followed my lead.

And Justin and Max thought this was the best thing ever and wanted the guy to call our parents and bribed him that they had nothing to do with it, and now with our 4 covered in chocolate, we all got picked up and went home. Our parents were disappointed in Alex for cheating, and I asked her why didn't she just ask me for help and I could've helped her. You know Spanish? Not really, but I have a spell I taught myself to know languages and it would've been better than her cheating and we wouldn't be in this mess.

And you both were down there, so you both had a part to play in this mess too. No, I called them down there when things started getting messy, they were being good brothers. And what about you 3? Justin gave me a sly evil smirk at the 3 of us, specifically me, since I'd been the one he'd threated. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! Fine do whatever you want to me, but even if I don't tell on you guys we'd get even and you don't want us to get even you'd tell on ourselves, so I'm just gonna cut out the middle man.

Alex, I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier, but I overheard the boys before your date saying how they were gonna put chocolate in your purse, and make him bite you to get even on you for telling on them on paintball, but then they heard me and Justin threatened me not to tell you, as he shoved your purse in my hand when you came down and made me give it to you, but then there was no chocolate in it and that's why they came down they started this whole thing, and I don't care if you torture me do what you want with me both of you, but I will always stand by my twin's side, and then the two of them followed my lead even if I didn't ask them too, and I'm grateful to them for doing that.

I'm so sorry everything went so crazy and that I did nothing to stop it, but look at me, I made a fool of myself for you, so that you wouldn't be the only one, and you guys didn't have to make fools of yourselves too. Hey we'd do anything for you. I've heard enough. All 4 of you go outside and hose down, the two of you I'll deal with later, but for now wash the terrace when they're done we don't need ants.

When we're all done and everyone's showered cleaned up and ready for bed, the boys are sent home and I'm in my room ready for bed brushing my hair. When I hear a knock on my door. Come in. Hi Alex. Hey? She asked coming in, and sitting on my bed with me. Thanks for what you did tonight. It's ok, I'm sure you'd do the same for me. If I ever have a boyfriend. Which I won't because I'm not pretty like you.

Don't say that, she says hugging me wrapping her arms around me. Our parents stand in the door way, listening, and watching. You did such a brave thing, you didn't have to do what you did, you could've saved yourself and not told me and you tried to all night, but you were worried about what they would possibly do to you. You're the best sister I've ever had. I'm the only sister you have. And listen to me, you are beautiful, some lucky boy is gonna come and sweep you off your feet and love you for you, and will do anything for you, just like Justin and Jack did.

And I'm not sure I'd do the same for you, because I wouldn't want to make a fool of myself on purpose, and I wouldn't be brave enough to do something like what you just did. So thanks for doing that. You knew what might happen to you if you did and you helped me anyways, and told on them. I have something for you. Here, this necklace (keep evil away necklace)will keep anyone with bad intentions away, and zap them if they get too close. Especially older and younger evil brothers, after all us twin sisters have to stay together don't we?
