"What about them?" I say
"They are red" he replied
"I know" I smirked

Max's POV
"Why are they red, baby?" He asked
"Well, can you guess why?? I chuckled, wrapping my arms around Angels neck, my eye still red as my throat burn, smirking softly flashing white fangs
"Your a vampire?" He asked shocked
"I'm a hybrid baby" I reply running my fingers through Angels hair
"My papa is apart vampire, part werewolf and my dad is a werewolf. Seems like I'm the only one out of my siblings that is both" I smile softly, before sighing as the burning in my throat gets too much
"You alright?" Angel asks, as he notices the scar on my throat (A/N just to clarify, the way a vampire side is triggered is the human side has to be killed. So it's follows The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and Legacies law. Don't like it. Bite me)
"Yeah, just need to feed" I watch his eyes go to my throat
"Before you ask. I was killed by a vampire, he helped myself and Vince understand what was going on. And before you also go on a murder spree looking for him. He's a hybrid and he's stronger then you, and he just also happened to be my great granddad. So you kill him and I'll be pissed off at you" I get off Angels lap, just as the office door opens to release Victoria and Eliza.

"You had your temper tantrum now young man?" Eliza said, I stand quietly hoping they won't smell the blood on me
"Yes Momma, I'm sorry" Angelo said, the cut on his cheek healed along with his knuckles
"So you and Max made u.." Victoria didn't even finish her sentence when she looked at me and saw my eyes
"Max?.." don't know why that question made me roll my eyes and reply in such a snarky way
"No. I'm not Max I'm some random guy who gets fucked by your son" I saw Angelo give me the look of 'what the fuck Max' which I just shrugged off.. ok clearly this is the vampire showing itself
"Ok drop the attitude boy." I heard Victoria use her alpha voice which just made me laugh
"Naww keep trying bitch, not gonna work" I walk towards the door
"I'll see you later Angel, smell of mutt is angering me and I'm hungry" I walked past Victoria as she grabbed by arm
"Your not going anywhere pup" she grips my arm tightly, as Eliza just stayed out of it as I watch my hand grab Victoria's hand and break her hand causing her to scream in pain
"Don't touch me" I walked out the door, past everyone
'What am I doing? I didn't want to do that' I thought to myself as I walked into the forest again, finding a trees to climb up and hide away to wait for my victim

10 minutes later (A/N to clarify Max isn't in control if you couldn't tell he's basically in the passenger seat)

I heard a couple laughing walking towards where I am, I hop out the tree and pretend to be hurt, breaking my ankle faking cries of pain. All I can do is watch in the passenger seat as my body did what it wanted, I hear a voice "
'I'm giving myself what want and your going to watch me as I do this"
"AHHH.. FUCK" I screamed with as much pain as I can muster, hearing the couple run my way, the guy appears first
"Shit man you ok?" He looked at my broken ankle before to his girlfriend
"Go call an ambulance babe" he said as his girlfriend made a dash for the clearing to get signal, I smirked as my ankle healed and I grabbed hold of the guy covering his mouth, before biting his neck as the metallic liquid fills my mouth making me moan in delight, draining this poor unfortunate bastard dry before I shift and tear his body apart and make it look like an animal killed him before I shift back and run over to the girl to hear she's on the phone, covering her mouth putting my finger to my lips before taking the phone and talking to the operator on the other end
"Sorry, I thought I saw someone hurt and I sent my girlfriend to call you, but I was wrong I'm sorry to waste your time"
"It's ok young man but remember don't do it again" said the operator
"Yes ma'am, bye" I ended the call before grabbing the girls hair and ripping her head to the side and was about to bite her when I heard Angels voice

"MAX! DON'T KILL HER" he yelled, I pulled my mouth away from her neck, watching Angel licking the girls neck blood covering my mouth and running down my chin dripping on the girls neck as she's cries softly
"Ple-please don't kill me.. let us go p-please" she begged
"Your boyfriend is dead bitch, so shut the fuck I'm starving and you smell delicious" I look at Angel "And unless you want to be my food, shut the fuck up and let me kill this one" I yanked the girl closer to me by her hair causing her to scream and grab at my hand "and tell your moms to put the guns down, I can smell them and I sure you don't want to hate your poor Baby boy max for slaughtering your mommy's would you?" Smirking before biting down on the girls neck drinking every drop dry from her body, letting her body drop to the floor, before being in front of Angel the next second, blood dripping from my mouth wrapping my arms around Angels neck smirking
"If they want to shoot me, your coming down with me" feeling tears falling down my face, clearly showing Angel that I'm sorry and this isn't me doing this.
"Give me back Max now vampire" Angel says
"Naw, don't like me? And I am Max"
"Your not the Max I want, give him back now." Sighing rolling my eyes, suddenly getting full control back

(Max has full control from now on)

I fall into Angels arms crying, burning my face into his chest
"I'm sorry.. I'm so sorry" I sobbed into Angels chest as I feel him pick me up and hold me close carrying me to the house, I must have fallen asleep on the way back because by the time we got back I was laying in the infirmary. I could hear voices but it was all muffled, closing my eyes and falling back asleep

Angels POV

Max was fast asleep in the infirmary, I looked at Mom's (Victoria) hand that's healing slowly, I'm stood in front of the door so she can't get in and hurt Max

"He didn't mean it Mom. It wasn't even Max and you know he'd never do that" Mom was pissed off and her wolf was wanting to hurt Max but I am not about to let her
"He needs to be put in his place pup, so get out the way" She kept trying to use her alpha voice but it doesn't work because I'm alpha not her. Not anymore.
"Mother. NO YOU WILL NOT" I said in a booming voice "you don't get to hurt my mate. He will apologies to you when he can. So you and Momma. Go to your room or wherever and if I catch you trying to get into the infirmary to 'talk' to Max. I'll kick you out the pack for threatening your Alphas" I gave Momma an apologetic look because she hasn't tried to start anything. She more then anyone understands the struggle Max is going through. Momma is only part wolf she can't ever fully be a werewolf, but that isn't an issue but she knows how much a trouble it can be. I walked into the infirmary to see Max fast asleep, blood stains on the hoodie of mine he stole. I walked over to the bed and leant down and kissed his head
"Don't do that that again baby boy, please" I whispered
