Third Pov

"Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished. 100 years passed and my brother, my sister and I discovered the new Avatar, an airbender named Aang. Although his airbending skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But me and Katara believe... Aang can save the world," Reka narrated.

Reka Pov

Me, Kat and Aang were approaching back to the village. I had an angry look.

"Yay! Aang's back!" The Village kids cheer joyful.

That made me smile softly.

Some of the kids runs over to him while the others remain cheerful in the crowd.

I walk to gran-gran and stood next to her as we look at Katara and Aang.

Sokka walks forward toward Aang and points at him angrily. "I knew it! You signaled the Fire Navy with that flare! You're leading them straight to us, aren't you?"

Katara and Aang came closer to us.

"Aang didn't do anything. It was an accident," Katara protesting as she glares at Sokka.

Aang smiles sheepily. "Yeah. We were on the ship while Rek was outside waiting and there was this booby trap and, well - -" awkwardly rubs his head. "- - we... we booby-ed right into it."

Gran Gran looks at Katara worried. "Katara, you shouldn't have gone on that ship. Look what you did to your and Sokka's sister Reika." Katara looks at me and saw me upset and angry. "And now, we could all be in danger especially Reika!"

Aang looks sorrow. "Don't blame Katara. I brought her and Rek there. It's my fault." And he looks at me sadly. "I'm sorry, mom."

Everyone knew I was like a mom and whenever someone calls me mom like Aang did I become soft.

My eyes soften as I smile softly. "It's okay, Aang."

"Aha! The traitor confesses! Warriors, away from the enemy! The foreigner is banished from our village!" Sokka said angry.

I look away sadly as Gran Gran places a comfort hand on my arm.

"Sokka, this is a mistake," Katara said irritably.

"No, I'm keeping my promise to Dad. I'm protecting you and Reki from threats like him," Sokka said angrily.

"Aang is not our enemy! Don't you see? Aang's brought us something we haven't had in a long time; fun," Katara said.

"Fun? We can't fight firebenders with fun," Sokka said annoyed.

"You should try it sometime," Aang said optimistically.

I snicker quietly.

"Get out of our village, now!" Sokka said angrily.

"Grandmother and Reki, please, don't let Sokka do this," Katara pleading.
