Xiao Qi was sitting in her chamber and didn't go out as she wanted to spend time with Tutu, that tiger cub's name.
"Tutu~" a small female tiger cub that's active, was secretly taken by Xiao Qi as a pet. She realized that it wasn't allowed in the palace but she doesn't care about that kind of rule. kindness is rewarded with kindness, that's what her mother taught back then.
"I'll find you a good place in the forest so that you can live there freely…" she said while patting it.
The purr sound makes Xiao Qi feel better, she never felt so full with love after her parents passed away.
The next 3 days, her lessons and life in the palace being very challenging and unfair. As a concubine that's gonna have a future status of consort. There's a few consorts that's not satisfied with it. They were a bit tough with her. Especially when it comes to the lesson.
Just like today, Xiao Qi was at the musical chamber when Jiang Song entered and being her senior in the Guqin lesson. A traditional Chinese instrument that has always been played in important ceremonies or events.

"Wrong! Be gentle with the strings or you'll break it!" Jiang Song hit Xiao Qi's hand with her hand fan. It's already like countless times when her hands are being hit with that hand fan of Jiang Song.
"Ouch—!" Xiao Qi mumbled in pain after a long time being silent.
"Do it again!" Jiang Song commanded.
"Yes Miss Jiang…" Xiao Qi repeatedly played the notes that Jiang Song gave.
She walked around Xiao Qi and tried to find her mistakes.
Xiao Qi was a bit uncomfortable with Jiang Song's behaviour while walking around her. It makes her lose her concentration.
"Miss Jiang…can you just sit in front of me? I might lose concentration if you keep walking around me…" she demanded politely.
"Who are you to order me?! Just play it! Or I'll give the punishment!" she said and made Xiao Qi flinched.
On the other side, Chenguang passed through the musical chamber and heard Jiang Song's voice talking with someone.
"Can I know who's with Miss Jiang inside here?" she asked the announcer next to the door.
"Miss Qin…there's Miss Xiao that was trained by Miss Jiang in here…" he said.
"I see, let me in…" she said and he announced her arrival.
The door opened and she saw Jiang Song standing in front of Xiao Qi who was sitting in front of Guqin. Her hands were on her lap and Chenguang saw it was quite red and bruising.
Slowly she walked between Jiang Song and Xiao Qi. For a moment, she glanced at Xiao Qi, who lowered her head and returned back to Jiang Song.
"Miss Jiang, may I talk to you for a while? Alone?" she looked at Xiao Qi again and she stood up, walked out of the chamber.
Xiao Qi sighed after getting out, looking at her hands. She felt like giving up on what she's doing now but it's just a few bruises, rather than being hit with a stick back then. She can bear it a few more times.
Suddenly, Chenguang went out of the room and walked away but she stopped for a while and turned around.
"Good luck…" she said without reaction, neither happy nor sad, just a sentence without expression.
Xiao Qi was confused and entered the chamber back. She sits in front of the Guqin but looking at Jiang Song's red face, it seems like someone just pissed her off.
