"Not yet, Miss…but it seems like the Emperor and Miss Xiao were having a fun time at the festival…" he informed.
"Good, let them have fun while they can. I'm just gonna wait for the right moment to see Xiao Qi fall on her knees, begging~" she said with a mischievous grin.
"Then, I'm gonna go and spy on them again…" he said but she was immediately stopping him.
"Don't you hear me?! I said…I'm gonna let them have their fun and you…you'll go have fun too but until I call you back, pretend that you don't know both of them…" she ordered.

"Yanyu…do you think this is a good idea?" Jiang Song asked.
"As long as we get Zhang Shen, nothing is bad…" Jiang Song replied to her.

"My lord…have you often gone to this kind of festival?" Xiao Qi asked him.

"That's why…is every year, the festival will have the same night in the castle?" she asked.
"No…there'll be something that's quite surprising especially when we're allowed the people to come and celebrate together…I want the celebration of the festival to become glory and honour, not just to make outsider look at us but make our own people proud…of our own empire" he briefly explained it at her.
She was speechless when she heard it from him. This is the perspective from an Emperor, she was always wondering why the festival must be held at the castle. But now, she has the understanding of the reason why the royals are doing something.
Thanks to Zhang Shen, she learned many things. From the moment he brought her into the palace until they're walking now, she was always learning something, whether it was formalities or informalities.
