Xiao Qi was walking around the palace while Chenguang wanted to spend time with Tutu. She said that she wants to play and take care of Tutu. Who knows that Tutu and Chenguang will get along together.
"I don't need to worry about her anymore~" Xiao Qi mumbled. She was walking when saw Zhang Shen was alone at the private cottage. That cottage could only be used by the emperor, and not even the consorts could get in without permission.
"What's he doing?" she asked herself, slowly walking near to the area. When she was a few steps behind Zhang Shen, Xiao Qi didn't even realize that she was already in the area of the courtyard.
"I never heard this kind of melody before…" She's monologuing.
"Don't try to scare me Chenguang…" Zhang Shen suddenly voiced out, he didn't turn around to see who's exactly behind him.
"What are you doing here? Didn't I tell you to not sneak like an enemy? When are you gonna learn hmm?" the soft voice of Zhang Shen makes Xiao Qi quite jealous. Does he treat Miss Qin this gently? Miss Qin was so lucky.
"Why are you standing behind there? Come here~" he continued.
"If you don't want to, then it's up to you…don't blame me if your legs get sore later~" he giggled, love to tease Chenguang so much.
Xiao Qi was still standing behind him and pretending to be Chenguang, she wanted to know how he treats Chenguang.
"Chenguang…do you think I made a mistake by taking Xiao Qi to the palace? She doesn't seem to be comfortable here…" he started and it made her startled.
"I'm thinking of dropping her out…I was taking her because of sympathy, what if she catches feelings towards me? And thought that I also have feelings towards her…it's gonna be very awkward right?" he asked and turned around.
A chill air suddenly becomes intense as he looks quite shocked with Xiao Qi's presence instead of Chenguang. There's shocked and mad in his eyes, she can see it.
"What are you doing here, Xiao Qi…" he said with a cold voice, it was totally different from how he talked to her when he mistakenly thought of her as Chenguang just now.
"I was just passing by…thought of greeting your majesty here, but you seemed very happy when talking just now…it's quite inappropriate for me to disturb you…" she said.
"And it's also inappropriate to enter this area without my permission…" he said, raising a bit of his voice.
"Forgive me your majesty…I don't have any intentions of disturbing you…I just wanted to greet you…" she repeated.
"Leave and don't repeat this kind of silly mistake again…it pissed me off…" he looked away and she bowed. Before leaving, she smiled at him and walked away.
He is stunned by her smile but with the ego of his, Zhang Shen makes a straight face and keeps his cool.
Xiao Qi walked away with disappointment. It wrapped her up and she doesn't know why. Maybe because she's already fallen in love with the emperor? Zhang Shen?
"That's impossible…he doesn't even love me…" she said to herself.
Xiao Qi walked around the palace as always and it's very boring to walk like there's nothing she can do except studying and learning some defense weapons such as swords. Who'll know that she'll be very skillful with it.
"Are we gonna stop here? It's kinda short lesson for me…" Xiao Qi whining in disappointment.
Er Xin giggled and looked at Xiao Qi with a smile.
