Jianyu's journey might take more than three days but not more than one week. In that period of time, Xiao Qi needed to take care of Tutu herself and be more careful with who entered her chamber.
Xiao Qi was still caressing Tutu's fur. She was big that sitting fitly on Xiao Qi's lap.
"How can you be sick now? There must be something wrong here…" she mumbled with a heavy sigh.
But, not another breath yet she wants to take, someone stormed in without knocking first.
It was Chenguang that suddenly got into her chamber, she closed the door and rapidly got Xiao Qi but, right before she wanted to walk towards her, a medium size of the tiger was sitting on Xiao Qi's lap and it made her totally shocked.
"Xiao Qi, w-why are there t-tiger with y-you??" she stuttered while pointing to it.
"H-huh? Miss Qin, you don't underestimate me!" Xiao Qi also panicked. She put Tutu aside and went to get Chenguang.
"Let's run before it sees us!" she said and pulled Xiao Qi's wrist with her. When they were about to walk out, Xiao Qi stopped and went back to Tutu.
"Xiao Qi! What are you doing?!" Chenguang got something to defend herself.
"Tutu wasn't dangerous…she's a good tiger!" Xiao Qi caresses Tutu's fur and she moves.
"T-this t-tiger is moving!!" Chenguang points the weapon to Tutu but keeps trembling as she can't even imagine that the tiger might be that big…half of her body length.
"Chenguang…I can promise that it'll not hurt you…" Xiao Qi convinced her and tried to bring her near to Tutu.
Chenguang was hesitant and scared to go near that wild animal. She doesn't really believe in that animal as it doesn't have the right mind as humans. Meat will always be its main food.
Suddenly, Tutu stood and walked towards Chenguang and Xiao Qi. She gets near to them with a purr sound, sounds like trying to attack the prey.
"Xiao Qi!! It's coming towards us!!" she tries to run away but Xiao Qi holds her shoulder.
"No, Chenguang…don't run away, we're standing with honor and bravery as noble…" she said, that's what Er Xin told her. Well, she used those words and that's the reason why she's still standing well until today.
"B-but that's a tiger! Eekkk!!!" Chenguang was rambling but Xiao Qi held her tightly.
Tutu was walking around them and stopped in front of Chenguang. Proudly, Tutu bowed down and sat in front of her. Chenguang was very confused and she looked at Xiao Qi.
"Don't run if you're not the offender…" she said to her.
Chenguang slowly kneels down and faces Tutu. She was laying down on Chenguang's lap and gently Chenguang patted her head.
"She's not that wild?" Chenguang asked.
"Yes…we're the main prey in life circles, and they are also the same…we showed our power and respect to gain the same things…" Xiao Qi explained.
"I respect your answer Xiao Qi…I didn't know that you'd be this brave to bring a 'pet' into the palace?" she teased Xiao Qi and she giggled.
"Actually…I found her when she was very little and it happened a few months ago…" Xiao Qi sitting beside her.
"Then, why didn't you bring her out when she was this big? Lord Zhang will be very careful and love it! He likes wild animals~" she nudged Xiao Qi's arm.
Xiao Qi smiled awkwardly and said "actually…your majesty didn't know about Tutu~"
Chenguang's eyes widened and she became totally confused.
