Passing notes | Kirizono [✔️]

The first note.

Sayaka stepped into class, ready for the first year of Hope's Peak Academy. She smiled enthusiastically, observing her fellow classmates she would be getting to know better throughout the year.

For some reason, she had a particular interest on a specific student with long purple hair that was tied in a neat yet charming braid. She walked up to her, but as she did, the teacher came in to start the lesson. The idol politely waved at her neighbour, keeping her kind smile.

Kyoko only glanced at her, not showing much expression but thought she was quite pretty as well. The class started, Sayaka already becoming impatient. She sighed, her chin leaning on her arm. She looked at the detective for a split second before ripping a little piece of paper from her notebook.

She took a pen, making sure the teacher wouldn't notice. Sayaka tapped on Kyoko's shoulder lightly, gaining her attention. The blue haired girl offered the small folded note to the young girl, clearly not focussing on what the teacher was saying.

Kirigiri nodded slightly, as she took the paper from the idol's hands. If she was being honest, she wasn't all too interested in the lesson either, even though she was supposed to one of the best students.

The tall girl opened the small note and read what it wrote,

Hey, I'm Sayaka Maizono! What's your name? :)

She slightly chuckled to herself, thinking how cute the smiley face was. Her cheeks turned a soft pink as she decided to respond to the small friendly message. Sayaka kept looking at the detective to see her reaction, anticipating to make her, her new friend.

Moments later, the detective slid another piece of paper onto Sayaka's desk, her face turning to the board as if none of this was happening.

I'm Kyoko Kirigiri, nice to meet you.

The idol practically beamed with joy, as if this was a big moment for her. Her smile shined so brightly, Kyoko wondered if she was like this all the time when she was happy. And suddenly, her rosy cheeks became more noticeable.
