Today was finally the day. The day Sayaka would confront Kyoko about.. not speaking to her in person? She wasn't really sure herself. The truth was, the idol desperately wanted to speak more to the detective, wanting to hear her voice.
She was so desperate she actually dreamed of the day she could hear Kyoko speak to her. Though it had only been a few weeks, something bubbled up in her as if there was something missing. She already had many friends but Kyoko was the only thing she couldn't reach.
Every time she tried she was only pushed away by her. And though she would be too embarrassed to admit it, she saved all of the lavender haired girl's papers in her locker, hanging up her favourites in her room.
"I'm Kyoko Kirigiri, nice to meet you"
"You look very pretty today Maizono-san."
"I wish we had more time to write to each other."
Those words made her heart ache for some reason, as she imagined her saying those things out loud.
Sayaka looked up at the clock that laid above the massive chalk board in the middle of the wall. Time to start the lesson. She thought to herself, already putting her pen to the paper.
"Why won't you talk to me?"
"Can I hear your voice?"
"I think Im in love with you"
As soon as she saw what she'd written she viciously scribbled it out, confused what the hell she was writing.
She kept rubbing out everything she wrote, getting more flustered with each time she did. Sayaka had no idea what she wanted to say, and her thoughts surely weren't helping. The detective had already arrived to class a few minutes ago as she observed the idol with a concerned expression.
Why am I overthinking this so much..
Kyoko looked to her side to once again see a small folded note in front of her, as she expected. She took it out of Sayaka's hand but as she did, the idol kept her blue eyes staring at the detective, as if she was nervous about something.
I want to do more then write notes to each other.
The idol sharply inhaled as she bit her lip. The lavender haired girl sat silently in her chair, heating up very quickly. For the first time, she was breathing faster then normal as blush formed across her whole face.
She knew what she was thinking wasn't what Sayaka had meant but she couldn't help but picture it. As the young girl noticed this she looked away, flustered as well. I knew I shouldn't have wrote it like that.
