Ali's POV

We've been here in Ilocos for 3 days already and planning to stay here for a week. For the past 3 days marami na pala ako napuntahan and ofc kasama si Irene.

My dad is going back in Manila na din tonight since he decided to stay here only for 3 days due to work. Irene's family planned to have a dinner with us later para daw bago makaalis si daddy ay nakapag bonding daw muna at para nadin to know us better. Mula ng nakarating kami dito ay tinanggap na nila ang pangliligaw ko and they treated me and dad as their family already kahit hindi pa naman ako sinasagot ni Irene.

Btw im just fixing my luggage for now dahil sabi ni Irene pinapasabi ng family niya na sa bahay na nila ako mag stay since wala na rin naman ako makakasama sa hotel dahil uuwi na nga si daddy mamaya. Pumayag na din ako dahil nakakahiya naman kung tatanggihan ko pa, saka chance ko na yun para makasama si Irene hehe

~phone ringing~ ~Irene's Calling~

*On Call*

"Hi what's up? are u done fixing your luggage?" -she asked

"Yes po" - i answered with a soft tone

Irene chuckled and talked again "How about tito?"

"He's all packed up too"
i simply replied

"Well okay i was just checking up on you and dinner is about to come ha you prepare na, see you later"

"Okay okay see you later too, cant wait to see you mwa"

Okay be ready later byeee" -she replied and ended the call

After the call I made my way to the bathroom to freshen up. I took another shower, then fixed my hair, put on some makeup, and picked out a dress for our dinner.

Irene's POV
Finally, my most awaited day has come. The dinner with Ali was about to come, and she texted me that they were on their way already. I'm currently here in the living room with my family as they discuss different topics while I wait for Ali to arrive.

~minutes have passed~

The gates were opened by the guard, and I also heard a car's engine. This is it, Ali and her dad is here so I hurriedly went outside to welcome them

I waited for them hanggang sa maka park at una akong lumapit kay tito para magmano "Hi tito, welcome po" -i greeted and he greeted back. Pagkatapos non ay saka ako lumapit kay Ali and we hugged each other bago tuluyang pumasok sa loob

My family are still in the living room, standing and waiting for us to go near them. As we walked towards them, they welcomed Ali and Tito with a smile and after that, we all proceeded to the dining room

~30 minutes passed~
Our family is having an amazing conversations as we shared stories and laughs ng biglang mapunta samin ang topic

"So kelan nyo balak magpakasal?" -biglaang pagtatanong ni mama na siyang ikinagulat namin ni Ali at napatingin sa isat isa

"Uhmm hehe I am still courting your daughter tita eh" -hiyang sagot ni Ali

"Nako Irene when will you say yes ba kay Ali, I'm not getting any younger na bigyan mo na ako ng apo" -pagbibiro namang sabi ni Mama
