Chapter 5: Saviour

"Are you okay?" A voice sounded.

And (Y/n) screamed.

Her voice echoed through the quiet hall. "P-please leave me alone." She cried realizing she was too vulnerable and couldn't esacpe him now. "(Y/n) what do you mean? What happened? I saw you run out, did something happen." And she suddenly recognized the voice. 'That voice.'

She looked up to see the shine of a sliver mask and dark brown eyes staring at her. "Mountain?" She asked her voice creaking. He nodded to confirm. "What happened?" He asked again softly, crouching down to her level. "I-I, there was this m-man and he was behind me and he touched me and I--" She shudder out before getting cut off. "A man?" His voice came out as more of a growl than before.

"Yes... a man and he, well I don't know but he wouldn't leave me alone and he chased me but he didn't say anything to me, he just grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him." She explained as her voice grew into a whimper before tear pricked her eyes.

"(Y/n), do you know where he is?" Mountain asked wiping her tears away. "no." She said quietly. "I didn't know what to do. I just ran, I'm sorry." She apologized feeling useless in this situation. "No it alright. You're alright now don't feel sorry." He said sincerely. "Come on, I'll take you to Papa, he'll keep you safe." Mountain said helping her up.

As (Y/n) stood up, her knees were weak so she leaned on Mountain for support. They walked down the halls til they got to an office. The door was open so they walked in. It was dark accented with gold and dark red fabric and furniture. It gave a very sensual feeling which you could definitely tell it was Papa's but he wasn't there. "Mmm, odd. He said he would be here after the ceremony. We can try the other Papa's office." Mountain said before taking her to an office a little ways down the hall.

This time Mountain knocked on the door. A muffled voice could be heard from behind the door. The door open revealing a man much like the Papa (Y/n) knew but older. Much older and dressed in white garments. "Yes? Ah Mountain so good to see you. How was the ceremony?" He said with a slight accent, looking at the tall ghouls. "It was fine sir. But..." He leaned to Papa's ear and whispered. (Y/n) couldn't tell what he was saying but she could only assume it was about her situation.

Papa's face turned to (Y/n) at some point giving her a look of sympathy. Once Mountain finished he stood up straight with damn near perfect posture. "Well, (Y/n) you'll be safe in here. Don't worry, the ghouls will take care of it. Come in." Papa said moving back into his office to let the pair in. Mountain helped her to a chair before leaving. (Y/n), still in shock, watched Mountain leave before facing the man in front of her whom smile awkwardly at her.

"So, your name's Papa too?" She said quietly looking at her hands. He chuckled. "Ah yes my name is Papa. I'm Papa II. You must be familiar with my brother Papa III." He stated.

"Umm, yes. Yes I would say we're good friends." (Y/n) said smiling smally. The two made small conversations whiles Papa worked on some files. Suddenly there was a scream that filled their ears. It lasted for no more than 5 seconds before it died into silence. Papa and (Y/n) sat looked at each other as the whole scene unfolded.

"Was that...?" She began to question but stopped knowing what had happened. But for some reason she felt relief. Not pity or sorrow. Probably because that man didn't have good intentions for her if he actually got her. And she was glad to have met these people because they cared for her even though they didn't have to.

Well that was a twist. I didn't plan to write this chapter and the last like this but it turned out pretty well. AND TWO CHAPTERS IN ONE DAY MY GOD!!! I should be writing my English essay that was due on Friday but that's no fun. I sure hope you enjoyed and I'll see you later strangers.
