Felicity's P.O.V.
"Thats what makes you beautiful." Harry sang the last note of the song, his emerald green eyes opening and staring down into my blue-green ones.
"That was absolutely fantastic. Thank you." I whispered, sniffling slightly as my hand reached up to wipe away the remainder of my tears.
"I just wanted you to know how beautiful you are." Harry whispered into my ear, his long fingers combing through my hair as my head rested against his chest. A few stray tears fell down my cheeks. My bottom lip trembled as I looked up at him. His fingers moved from my hair to my arms. His fingertips slowly brushed against my scars as he traced the outline.
"I won't let them hurt you ever again. None of us will." Harry said as his arms tightened around me. "I promise you, we will keep you safe."
"I hope your right." I replied shakily, my voice barley audible. Harry's eyes stared down at my arms. I watched as his eyes became watery and his teeth grazed his bottom lip.
"Did it hurt?" He whispered, his eyes taking in my scar infested arms. His eyes widened, his mouthing forming into a straight line as his eyes looked into mine. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked that."
"It's fine." I said softly, placing my hand over his, and leading his fingers to trace over my scars once more. "You learn to ignore the pain. But that doesn't mean the hurting ever goes away."
"Well the pain is gone now. They will never touch you again." Harry stated, his eyes continuing to stare into mine.
"The pain may be gone, but the memories aren't." I replied, my gaze averting from his eyes and turning to his strong arms which were wrapped around me. I slowly placed my hands on top of his, removing them from their secure hold around me. I scooted against my floor, sitting across from Harry a fair distance away. "As hard as I try, I can never forget them. They are stuck to me permanently as a reminder."
"A reminder of what?" Harry asked, his eyes flashing different emotions of confused, curious, and scared. I watched his smooth lips form into a frown, his eyes looking down at his arms and then back at me.
"A reminder of who I am." I said simply, my voice seeming to come out stronger then I thought it would. We sat on my floor, staring at each other for awhile. I felt self conscious as his emerald green eyes roamed up and down my arms, and then to my face. I quickly stood up, heading over to my dresser and pulling out one of Liam's jumpers. I could feel his eyes watching my every move, observing me as I fiddled with the jumper. I quickly threw it over my T-shirt, pulling it past the waist band of my sweat pants. A feeling of relief washed over me as the baggy jumper covered my arms, sealing them entirely from view. I sat on the floor across from Harry, pulling my hood over my head in an attempt to shade my face. "Each one seems to tell a different story. That's what I hate about them, the memories they hold. But in a way, I guess they complete me."
"Then why hide them?" Harry asked suddenly, his hand moving the fringe of his hair out of his eyes, and his body scooting closer towards me.
"Because people can be cruel." I looked up at him, then looked down at the floor. I hadn't realized how close we were now, sitting only inches away from each other.
"Not if they have nothing to judge." Harry said softly, his big hands reaching out towards my face. My mouth stopped breathing as his fingers slipped under my hood, slowly pulling the fabric back and away from
my face. "The hood makes it hard to see your eyes. I love your eyes."
"But they are all puffy and red!" I exclaimed, my fingers slowly roaming over my swollen eyes.
