"It'll be good for you," Madison rolled her eyes at her mum, Katherines words. This is the 100th time she has heard the same phase come out of her mouth.

"How?" She asked, like honestly she doesn't see how this is going to solve all her problems.

"Being outdoors is good for the mind," Madison scoffed at that, she was going to reply with a witty come back but noticed something odd that caused her to forget what she was going to say.

"Why are there boys boarding the plane?" she asked, turning to Katherine.

So, as it turned out her mum had gotten the days between the girls retreat and the boys retreat mixed up but Madison was still allowed on the flight and was told she could be redirected to the girls retreat once they land. In the future, that'll make no sense to her but we'll get to that.

So, here she was falling down into a seat with a sigh on a plane full of boys, that looked like they didn't want to be here anymore than she did.

The plane was silent for about 10 minutes before a tall blonde decided to break the silence with, "is nobody going to acknowledge the fact that there is a girl on a plane for a boys retreat?" He asked.

"I am going to be redirected to the girls' retreat once we land." she answered.

"That doesn't explain why you are on our plane."

She sighs, feeling irritated. "Mum got the days for the boys and girls retreat mixed up, " she finally explained. "Happy? You got your explanation now, leave me alone."

He seemed satisfied enough and turned back around in his seat ignoring her rude tone.

Then within 10 minutes a living nightmare began.

Madison did not by any means except her day to go good, but it was going far more worse than she could have ever imagined.

When she has finally gained consciousness she is laying in the water at the shore waves crashing over her body, hair, and clothes soaked in salt-water. Madison sits up coughing a bit taking in her surroundings, her suitcase not far out had caught her attention causing her to jump up to swim towards it.

She stumbled slightly as she got onto land, her denim shorts clinging uncomfortable to her legs, her favourite peach, pink crop top drenched and her white shoes were uncomfortable to walk in.

Madison threw her suitcase down with a frustrated sigh, and bent down to take off her white sneakers. "Well this is ideal," she mutters as she throws them off. "My birth control better be in that damn suitcase, cause getting a period on this stupid fucking island would be hell!" She ranted to nobody but herself.

It quickly dawned on her that she was in fact talking to herself and nobody was around her. She slowly observed the beach to see if any of the boys who were on the plane were here with her.

Madison let out a sigh of relief when she spotted them all by a rock. She made her way over with her suitcase back in her hand. "So, does anybody know where the fuck we are?" She asks as she stops beside a brunette Mexican boy.

Her question went unanswered because before anybody got the chance to reply, the boy in the red and black tracksuit started to rant, "good one mother, great idea!" Madison looked over at him as he began to stand up off of the rock. "How about— how about we ship me off to some wilderness fucking circle jerk?" The boy shoves his hands angrily into his pockets. "'Maybe it'll be fun,' she said. Yeah, 'maybe you'll learn something,' okay, sure."
