Deaf Interpreter (ERERI)

It was the end of the day where I had left Eren quickly not wanting to be with him anymore. I've been with him all day it's awkward... I just met him.

I walked with Erwin towards a street where Ms. Smith comes to pick us up. We spotted her car and got in.

"How was your first day of school boys?" She asked with a smile in the reer view with Erwin signing to me. Erwin didn't know how to sign like Eren and Mikasa, he would mess up, but since i'm so smart, I knew what he meant.

"It was very nice!" Erwin spoke first.

"It was okay." I spoke quiet. Sometimes I get a little nervous to use my voice. Just like when we were all practicing the warmups, I didn't do it because too many people were staring just to hear what I sound like. Half of them are new!

Smith smiled at me as she drove off into the distance.

"I got a deaf interpreter for school. Mikasa got him for me, it's her brother. I appreciate her very much but it's a little awkward." I signed and Erwin spoke for me.

"I see... You'll get use to him. Is he cute?" Ms Smith asked knowing my sexuality! I was gay as fuck!

I blushed intensely.

"He is actually mom. Definitely Levi's type." Erwin chuckled and nudged me while signing.

I growled at him and spoke, "Fuck no!" I then gasped. "Sorry!" I signed.

"I don't care about the language! You guys are old enough to cuss now. As long as it's not at me!" She giggled as I read her lips from the mirror.

It was the next day at school with Hanji, Erwin, and I by eachother sides. Mikasa came up to us with her friends, Connie, Sasha, Jean, and her and Eren's best friend Armin.

I find it weird how Eren is close friends with younger people... I guess he still had that younger attitude. Personally I'm definitely mature than him.

Eren came behind all of them and walked closer towards me while Mikasa hugged me.

"Hello!" She signed with a smile.

I waved before I looked at Eren who was standing besides me, overpowering me.

"Goodmorning Levi, how are you on this chilly morning!" He signed.

"I'm okay." I signed with a small frown. I don't really like talking to him for some reason. It's just awkward that's all...

"That's great. I can't wait to hear you sing today." He signed again.

"What are they talking about?" I read Jean's lips.

"Oh right you don't know, Levi is deaf and needs a deaf interpreter. I will translate for you." Mikasa said while she signed for me. 

I shrugged at Jean who eyed me closely.

We walked around and talked with everyone looking at Eren and I the most. Mostly just Eren.

As my friends spoke, Eren signed for me when I pointed at who was talking.

When the bell rang we waved and told them we will see them later.

"Let's go." Eren signed.

He walked infront of me this time, I guess he knew where my classes were. We walked inside and all eyes on us. I hid behind Eren and he glanced over his shoulder seeming to know.

"Are you scared?" He signed.

"Kinda." I signed. He smiled and turned around stopping us in the middle of the class. Everyone watched us making me really nervous.

"I can help you get over you anxiety" He signed. Anxiety? Who is he to tell me what I have!

"I don't need your h-" Before I could finishing my signing, he hugged me tightly as he walked slowly backwards dragging me with him.

My breath hitched. He smelt like ginger and nutmeg, they mixed together with pine making him smell so fresh.

I was frozen though. Everyone was looking at us, I can feel everyone staring. He kept walking until I was sitting down. He then went to his spot but instead of standing, he leaned on the wall besides me.

He almost looked so han- What?

As the teacher spoke and students slowly started looking away with me having a pink face, I looked at Eren as he signed.

"Today you will need partners for todays work. You will be taking pictures of things you wouldn't see on the daily basis. You may pick your own partners."

Everyone cheered before they stood up. I noticed that a lot of girls went towards me. "Be my partners Levi!" Eren signed as he stood next to the girls.

I frowned. I didn't want to partner up with anyone. Especially with these girls. They only want to be my partner because Eren would be here. But to be quite frank, Eren isn't with me outside of school, this is a waste of time.

"All of you guys just want to be my partner because Eren is here. Outside of school, he's not, it would be a waste of time!" I signed with fast moment with a scowl.

Eren spoke for me and gave me a frowning look. He then signed, "Levi, I understand where your coming from but you do need a partner, and perhaps you can get close to one of them and date them." He smirked at me.

If anything I would rather date y- HUH? I GET IT IM GAY BUT WHAT THE WHAT.

"I'm gay!" I signed and blushed as I looked away.

I didn't see if he was signing anymore so instead I stood up. "Tell the teacher I don't want any partner, I will be Eren's partner. He can help me and participate with us."

Eren smiled at me as he started speaking to the teacher.

The teacher was hesitant but I think Eren told him more than what I said, so she agreed.

"Okay Levi, you may. But please actually do the work and tell Eren what to do. You have been in this class 2 times, so do it well." Eren signed while I looked at the teacher.

I nodded at her and the girls besides me pouted and started partnering up with eachother.

The teacher explained more as she gave us all cameras. "You may keep these cameras outside of school, but they must come back unharmed. And if they break, you pay." Eren signed giving me faces to represent how furious she would be if we broke it.

She then let us out early to start on it. Me and Eren began to walk around, but the girls followed behind us, gushing. Then Eren signed, "They are following us."

"I know. Tell them to leave us alone!" I sighed with a scowl.

Eren frowned. "It's rude to do that."

I turned around and I clenched my fists. They were pissing me off!

"L-L-Leave... U-us A-Alone!" I spoke. The girls all stared at us and froze. Eren looked down at me and froze also.

I shook a bit. Shit! Why did I let Eren head me speak. Why did I let everyone hear me speak!
