Arcane Lily's Resort, September 19th, 10:00 PM

It was the next day, and everything was as standard as any other day.

I pulled myself out of my casket of snow. Reaching only one hand out after the other. The heavy snow above me told me that it was impossible to escape. But I did not let it block my way of escaping. After a few attempts of making a way to get out of the snow, I finally made it.

I took deep breaths and I have given myself five minutes to rest. I glanced at every sight and noticed that I was all by myself. As I gazed upon the outside world, I glimpsed a bent parking lot sign from a distance away, the thick snow was shielding half the sign's symbol of the car with a dark blue background.

I stood up from the ground and went to the parking lot of the resort. I stared at the building of the resort only to find out that the place was a total wreck. There was no more Arcane Lily's Resort.

The treasure of our parents will never be the same, but at least we had each other,

As I got there, there were no cars parked. the white lines had nothing but snow. As I stared at the deserted parking lot, the sun's rays hit my icy eyes and eyebrows. I heard a car honking its horn, and I knew who it was.

I turned my back and saw Matthew's car with the others inside. My misery finally terminated as I hopped in the car, sitting next to Anthony.

"I thought you guy's left me for a second," I told them while I laughed.

"We're just happy you woke up," Nick said.

"I'm just happy that this nightmare is over," Veronica said with a pristine look on her face.

"Let's go shall we?" I said to Matthew.

I was lucky to be in a car with friends, the sound of chanting voices made me feel a part of a religious community.

Along the road, we saw one of the gas stations that we went to and stopped over. So there's nothing harmful but doing it again. Matthew insisted us if we needed to use the bathroom and buy some extra resources along the road.

I told them that it was a huge deal because I needed to go to the bathroom, and so were the others.

"Alright, everyone gets a twenty minutes break," Matthew said.

He parked the car at the side of the old gas station. We all popped out of the car and into a convenience store and restroom. Veronica and I noticed that nobody was inside the store, with the lights off and products disassembled from the floor.

"Hey guys, we need to get out of here!" I warned them but it was too late.

A scream from Anthony assembles inside the restroom. As everyone went after him, we saw something a dead body trapped in one of the stalls.
