You and Marc had been ambushed my a group of Harrows followers - there was at least 50 of them. It was getting difficult for both you and Marc to continue fighting; some were ganging up on Marc to attempt to take him down while others were keeping you occupied.

However, as the moon reached its peak, there were only a few of Harrow's followers left (probably around 8). Marc was taking care of five of them while you were taking care of the other three. The three Ammit praisers that you were fighting were quickly beaten by your skills but Marc still had two more to defeat. One of those two was sneaking up behind your fiancé.

Not wanting the man to get a strike on Marc, you quickly rushed over and managed to fight the pole out of his hands and give him a good punch to the face - easily knocking him out. However, while concentrating on Marc's safety you had lowered your guard. Leaving you open, from behind, for an attack by one of the few left standing of Harrow's cult.

As the person was about to fire a bullet straight into the back of your head, Marc managed to get a glimpse of the danger about to come straight at you. Immediately he rushed into position - making his way behind you to protect you from the incoming bullet. As soon as the sound rang out, your body quickly shifted to turn to the ear piecing boom only to see Marc in front of you. Marc swiftly kicked the gun out of the persons hand and punched them directly in the rib cage - they soon fell to the ground.

As soon as the person had fallen to the ground defeated, Marc retracted Khonshu's suit away from his face and ran over to you, a worried look accompanied his face.

"Marc! Are you okay?!" Urgency in your voice.

"I'm bulletproof, I'm fine baby," Marc said with a sigh, he continued, "even if I wasn't bulletproof, I would jump straight in front of a bullet to save you."
