Owell was done with her neighbor and her Bratishness and decided to take the extreme route and make a potion to turn them into fish and throw them to dino after he was forced to try fish sticks and wound up taking a huge liking to them how ever she was cought of guard and got a costumer since she also sells beach stuff but she made an accident wound up putting a small dab of her potion in the sunscreen she wanted and tigry not far behind said he was going to a costume party and that he was going as a pirate thankfully owell had one and the both went out to get to the beach everyone was playing or doing something else tigry went to the party and kitty was going swimming and wound up going to the deep end of the coast and she jumped in because a she was hot and b because the sunscreen was supposed to be waterproof but she got a shock when she look and saw her legs and tail were now a fish tail she panicked about it and she only began to think of what happened if tigry saw her like that would he leave her or think he's going insane and go to a asylum however she was was thrown into panic overdrive as she saw tigry who was about to drowned she grabbed him and brought him to the surface of the water and she gave him CPR and it worked out he was fine but kitty didn't make it back into the ocean before tigry got up and saw it kitty was half fish she began to cry but he tackled her and she blushed as he picked her up and sat her between his legs and asked her
