Chapter 31

Anna's wedding. At last.

Elsa smiled and thought to herself as she added some sparkly details to Anna's wedding dress.

"Elsa, I'm just so..." Anna teared up a little and clasped her hands together, smiling uncontrollably. Her sister giggled softly and went to hug her sister tightly, tearing up a little herself. "You're gorgeous.." Elsa gushed, and the maids near then nodded in agreement, also smiling. "Are you excited..?"

"Yes! So excited! Oh, gee, I'm that kinda stomach flip-floppy nervous. ELSA HOLD MY HAND!!" Anna nervously wriggled on the dress podium, until Elsa giggled and pulled her off it and into another hug. Gerda dismissed the maids and herself so the sisters could have some alone time before Kai came to take Anna down the isle.

"I'm so happy for you.. You're all grown up..!" Elsa wiped her eyes gently and giggled. "Aw, Elsa, you're gonna make me cry too!" Anna matched the bell-like giggled and squeezed both of the queens hands. Suddenly a knock interiors them.

"Princess Anna?" A happy voice came from the other side. "Five minutes until the doors open! We're all ready!"

"Thank you, Kai!" The sisters called, before hugging each other one more time.

"Let's do this."

Elsa stood next to her sister, holding her bouquet, while Hans stood next to Kristoff. The two men were getting along much better then before, obviously. Elsa's attention was on Anna the whole time, but she would sneak quick glances at Hans once in a while, and always found him staring right back at her with a smile. As the Ice Master and his Princess said their 'I Do's", Elsa felt her eyes sting with happy tears. Their kiss was what made the tears spring out of her eyes, and she smiled brightly and clapped, still holding the bouquet.

The ballroom was almost the same as it had been during her coronation, only it was filled with more joy and laughter then the Queen could ever have imagined. At her place near her thrown, she raised her hands, which immediately got everyone's attention. "I'm not one for speeches," she started, smiling softly at her sister and her new husband, whom matched her smile as well. "But I do wish my sister and her husband the very best as they go through the trials life can offer. And I would know." She giggled, and there were some chuckles from the audience here and there. Her eyes locked with Hans', who was also on the dance floor, talking to Eugene. "I've never felt more joy then when I'm with the people I love."

Everyone clapped and raised their wine glasses to the Queen and the newly weds. As the party continued on, Elsa made her way to Hans, a lovely smile on her lips. "Nice speech." Hans complimented softly, and wrapped his arm around her waist, though was carful about prying eyes. "Thank you," Elsa was carful as well when a kiss was placed on his cheek.

"We really must tell them soon.."

"I know, my darling, but not yet. It's Anna's wedding; I want it to stay focused on her and Kristoff."

"I agree."

The couple turned to each other and rested their foreheads together, now in the corner of the ballroom.

"I believe everything will be okay. Do you..?"

"I do, Your Majesty."
