True Colors

Splashes of color decorate my hand
'Cause I'm the empress of all the land
Jewels adorn my forehead
You should look at me with dread

Who am I? You may ask
I thought it was an easy task
Why of course! I should be feared
For I am the Queen of weird

To read my outside takes a wise kind
But a wiser kin to see my mind
My true colors will dodge your eyes
Forcing you to believe all the lies

I have a whole rainbow, fine
But never a single white line
All the shades and hues are battling
Shaking, stirring, rattling

They're going to fight you, fight you, fight you
And they will bite you, bite you, bite you
My true colors aren't worth seeing
They're all just a state of being

My head is twirling
My conscience swirling
I can't think straight, it's fuzzy
My memory, oh so rusty

Splashes of color decorate my hand
I can't take it anymore, my brain doesn't expand!
