seven.

i huffed as avalon practically threw me into jamie's window, the wind stopping me from making it crash open. i glared over at avalon, getting a laugh back.

i sighed as i gently crouched on the sill of jamie's window, watching him talk to a stuffed rabbit.

"okay, look.. you and i are obviously what they call a cross roads, so here's what's gonna happen," jamie started as he leaned down closer to the stuffed rabbit.

"if it wasn't a dream, and you are real.. then you have to prove it. like, right now." jamie stated.

i slowly climbed into jamie's room, staying by the window and pushing my mask up.

after nothing happened for a moment, jamie started talking again:

"i believed in you for a long time, okay? like, my whole life!" jamie sighed as he picked up the rabbit and shook it slightly. "so you kinda owe me now," jamie said.

"you don't have to do much.. just a little sign so i know," jamie said to the stuffed rabbit.

"anything.. anything at all.." jamie whispered.

jamie sighed after a moment, "i knew it.." and let the bunny fall off the bed.

i can't let this happen..

i quickly imagined up some easter eggs and set them down in front of jamie. i watched as jamie's eyes lit up.

i smiled and imagined little paper fairies flying around the room, watching jamie look around happily.

i made a stuffed animal of santa claus dance around, jamie laughing as santa tap danced on jamie's pillow.

i couldn't think of anything for sandy so i moved onto jack, making a little ice version of jamie's dog run around the room before going up to jamie's ceiling and exploding, making little snowflakes start to fall.

i laughed as i watched jamie look around the room happily, though he looked confused at the snow.

"but i can see jack.." jamie mumbled to himself as i looked at the head board of his bed before whipping around and looking at me.

i smiled as i watched all the snow in the room start to disappear before looking at jamie, yelping when i saw him looking at me.

"astrea.." jamie mumbled. my eyes widened as i stared at him. "astrea borealis.." jamie smiled. i nodded slowly, hesitantly shuffling over to the end of jamie's bed.

"you.. you said my name.." i whispered. jamie didn't do anything other than stare at me. "you.. you said my name!" i smiled, backing up from jamie before hurrying back happily.

when jamie didn't respond again, my energy died down slightly.

"can.. can you hear me..?" i asked. jamie nodded. my eyes widened and i smiled softly.

"can you see me?" i asked, excitement bubbling in me as i got closer to jamie. jamie nodded, a smile growing on his face.

avalon crawled through the window over to me, sensing a sudden change in my emotion.

"he sees me.." i whispered, tears forming in my eyes. "he sees me!" i exclaimed backing up and tripping over avalon, landing with my ass on the ground and my legs over avalon's back as she lied down.

"you made it snow!" jamie exclaimed. "i-i know," i smiled. "in my room!" jamie said happily. "i know!" i laughed.

"you're real?!" jamie asked. "yeah!" i exclaimed as i scrambled up, bouncing around jamie's room excitedly.
