Two new areas opened up. Most everyone joined in when looking around. The fourth floor of the building and a small garden outside.
The fourth floor was rather nice. There were more bedrooms, only four though. They were more than luxurious. Fujiyoshi and Moto both dove into the bed.
"Holy shit this bed is nice. I don't think I've ever slept on anything so comfortable before." Moto sunk onto the bed. I sat down myself. It was so.... Comfortable.
"Wow! The thread count has to be in the thousands for these." I relaxed onto the bed with Moto.
"My bed at home is much more comfortable, but hey, at least it's bigger than the ones in the regular rooms. Right?" Fujiyoshi sat up and headed over to the bathroom. I finally sat up and headed over towards the balcony.
The view was beautiful.
You could see everything. Along with the garden that Tachibana, Jimenez, Suzuki, and Hara were looking around in. Haruka had decided to join us from his room. He seemed relatively calmer than he was last night. Which I couldn't tell was relieving or concerning. Most people in the group kept a distance from him.
"Well, I think it's only fair Fujiyoshi takes this room." Katayama announced.
".. why?" I questioned.
"Because she's a lady. Also, moral has skyrocketed due to her. She's more than deserving of this room." Katayama noted. Fujiyoshi on board with the idea.
"You guys don't need to call me Fujiyoshi, just call me Aimi." Aimi said, "we've known each other for so long now. I don't see the reason to continue to be so formal."
"Alright, then Aimi will take this room!" Katayama announced.
"Okay, I'll take one of the other three then." Chifuyu said. Walking out of the rooms.
".. I CALL ROOM THREE." Moto yelled. Sprinting outside. Katayama followed, insisting he needed to be near Aimi.
Haruka almost exited the room before me and Aimi stopped him. "I'm sorry, but we just wanted to talk to you real quick."
Haruka rolled his eyes and took a seat on one of the arm couches. Me and Aimi sat opposite to him. He still seemed pissed. Like it was some horrible crime to have asked him to stay here.
"Listen. I'm not going to kill anyone if that's what you're thinking. I'm not that weak." Haruka spat out.
"... no? We just wanted to ask what your relationship was with Hayashi." I reassured. How cynical was this guy?
"Yeah! We'd know you'd never commit a murder HaruHaru. You're one of the best people here." Aimi cheered. Haruka rolled his eyes at the nickname.
"We aren't forcing you, but it would be a lot easier and would make you look less suspicious if you told us why you were so involved during the trial." Haruka looked at us. Hesitant. He groaned before answering the two of us.
"Hayashi was my brother. My real name is Hayashi Haruka. I didn't want anyone to target us specifically because we were siblings. Haruka is both a given name and a family name. So when Fujiyoshi approached me on the subject I lied." Haruka admitted.
"Ohhh... so do you want us to refer to you by Hayashi now or... because I really like HaruHaru. I guess your new nickname is HaruHaya now, isn't it?" Fujiyoshi laughed.
".. you're real annoying." Haruka looked back at the both of us, "just call me Haruka. It's easier... plus, Aimi was right. We've known each other for this long."
"There we are!! C'mon, I wanna see the rest of the floor." Aimi lead the way. Me and Haruka followed her down the hallway.
A library. It was beautiful. The books covered the walls from head to toe. Chifuyu and Katayama soon found us. Aimi was looking through the romance section while Haruka had found the records room.
