Jade's POV

So, here I am sitting in my office here in the palace. Nagcocompose ako ng resignation letter mga mars. Paano nga kasi ulit to?

This is to tender my juicy resignation..

Ampotah. Erase erase. Ano batong naiisip ko? Anu yang resignation na yan, hotdog? Aish.

There's a part of me kasi na ayaw magresign. Kaso mo, lumalaki na ang mga bata. Kelangan na nila ako. Kahit naman sabihin nating work from home nako, iba pa din pag nasa kanila lang ang focus ko.

Napahinga ako ng malalim. Isa to sa mga pinakamahihirap na desisyon na gagawin ko. Ive been working all my life kaya natotorn talaga ako.

I was just staring at the laptop when my son, Zayn, came in. Nakauwi na pala to from school. May dala dala syang card. Ano kaya yan?

'look mama oh! Ive got straight A's this quarter and my teacher told me that I am the top student for this quarter, aren't you proud?' he said as he shows me his report card.

Napangiti naman ako saka ko sya niyakap at nilagay sa kandungan ko. I kissed him on his cheeks. Matalino talaga tong anak ko. Gusto na nga syang i-excel sa grade school pero di ako pumapayag. Gusto kong ma enjoy nya ang school year.

'aish. Yan ka na naman sa page-english mo anak. Nanonose bleed ang mama sayo. Of course, Im so proud of you. Mana ka sakin eh'

'blame kuya Si and kuya Vinny. They are the main responsible why I cant speak in tagalog fluently' he said habang umaalis sa kandungan ko

'where are my siblings mom? I want to show them my card. I want to inspire them' he added

Natawa ako. Anung inspired inspired sinasabi nito eh 5 years old lang sya tapos 2 years old lang mga kapatid nya? Matured yarn?

'they're with your papa Bonget sa garden. Walang work si papa mo today kaya makakapag bond kayo'

'eh what about you? I thought you're going to resign and yet, you're still stuck with your laptop?' he asked me saka ngumuso

Tiningnan ko lang ang anak ko. Hay, mukhang wala nang atrasan ang pagreresign. Naipangako ko na eh.

'I am. Im just writing a letter to my boss. Ill follow you there afterwards. You go to your room na and freshen up para makasunod ka na sa garden'

He hugged me again and lumabas na. Hay naku Zayn.

Tiningnan ko ulit ang resignation letter na ginagawa ko. Ano ba yan, wala talaga akong maisip. Ipagawa ko na lang kaya kay Bonget? Chos.

Nung hindi ko na talaga mapiga ang utak ko, tinapos ko ang natitira kong paper works. May iinterviewhin pa pala ako tomorrow. Paano kaya to?

Tumayo nako and decided to follow my family sa garden. Andun na din si Zayn.

'look papa. I got straight A's for this quarter. Not to mention that Im also the top student for this quarter' my son said as he shows the report card to his papa

'Yeeeey. Im so proud of you son. Let's ask mama if we can go out to celebrate. What do you want for a gift?' Bonget

'nothing papa. Just a quality time with  you guys and Im all set' Zayn answered

Lumapit nako sa kanila. Nakonsensya naman ako sa sinabi ni Zayn. Ganun na ba ako ka busy sa trabaho?

'if that's what you want nak, you got it. Saan mo gustong pumunta?' I asked him

'enchanted kingdom mom. But I have some conditions. No phones allowed for this trip. Is that a deal?' Zayn

Natawa kami ni Bonget? Ano daw? Minsan, nagdududa na ako sa anak ko na to. Ang matured na magsalita jusko. 5 years old lang ba talaga yan?
