Fría can feel herself crumbling down at any moment yet she pushes it out and breathed deeply.
I can't be weak now....a mission is a mission...nothing must get in the way....
Inside the mansion, Imee took her sister inside her room.
"Irene, ano ba kasing nangyari?" Imee asked her sister
"I...I just went up to her at tinanong siya Kung bakit Hindi siya sumabay sa pagkain kanina and the conversation got heated... Manang I begged her...to give us a chance...but...but..she...Manang.. it's all my fault!! This is all my fault!!" Irene said to Imee
"No, it's not your fault okay? It's nobody's fault please Irene kumalma ka Muna okay? Mainit lng siguro Ang ulo Niya, let her cool down okay?" Imee said trying to ease her sisters pain
"Manang kailan pa?! Kung Wala na siya ulit sa tabi ko?! Manang you heard what Mike said!! Their mission is way more important than us! Her family!! Manang ayokong mawala ulit Ang anak ko Sakin....Hindi pa ko nakakabawi..Hindi pa kami nakakabawi...Hindi ko makakaya Kung mawawala ulit siya sa akin..." Irene said in between sobs
"No...Hindi yon mangyayari okay? Walang mawawala...okay? I will make sure of that" Imee said and kissed her sisters forehead
Hours passed by and Fría's troupe came, Fría greeted them with a cold stare yet they knew that Fría missed them.
"What time is it?" Fría asked coldly
"Miss! We are very sorry for the delation!! We were stuck in traffic!!" The taller one answered
"Tsk, you've already read what I sent you right? Get into position!" Fría command them and all six of them went into the position that Fría have assigned them
*Imee's POV*
Matapos ni Irene umiyak ay nagpapalamiglamig muna siya at din agad din naman siyang bumaba para tulungan Ang Asawa Niya, Hindi niya na sinagot Ang tanong ni Greggy Kung umiyak ba ito. Agad ko Naman Hinanap si Fría at Nakita ko siya na kinausap Ang sampong lalki na Ngayon ko lng Nakita.
I walked towards them and Fría look in my way
"Go" Fría commands the men in Infront of her
"Fría can we talk?" I asked Fría who just sighed
"Mrs. Duterte please, I am very busy right now, if it's about earlier we can talk about it later when I am not doing anything, right now I need to ensure everybody's safety, especially the President and Callista's," she said at tumingin Sakin
"Gusto ko lng Malaman Kung bakit mo pinagtaboyan Ang mo- si Irene?" I asked her again
"I told you, I am not the same one you knew in the past and I will never be that person again...I've been through too much in the past at dumadagdag pa siya" Fría whispered angrily
"Why are you so angry right now? Is something bothering you ba? " I ask changing the topic Fría look at me dead in the eyes that made me shiver
"You..you are bothering me right now, all of you kept pestering about the past that I do not want to remember...please just leave me be...Evie is dead and just accept it..I am Fría now" she said
I feel myself cracking up, Ang sakit Ng mga salita niya sa akin, ganyan naba talaga siya ka manhid towards sa Amin?
"Ellie anak, please naman kahit ba ako ipagtataboyan mo?" Tanong ko sa kaniya habang pinipigilan Ang mga luha ko na dumaloy
