* third person's POV*
It's been four days since bumalik si Fría at Mike sa Marcos mansion, tumahimik na din Ang mag media at balik sa trabaho si Fría. Na alala Naman Niya Ang boses Ng boss nila habang pinapagalitan sila via video call.
"What the hell happened?!" Their boss asked in a low tone at first
Mike and Fría are at the gym when their boss called unexpectedly
"Fría!! I thought I told you not to work on your own plans and just follow the mission!! Everything could've been worse if the President were still there!!!" He yelled his voice was heard through the whole gym
"Mike!! I told you to control her! Why the hell did you let her be?!"
"Sir, may I say anything about this matter!" Fría said
"No!!! Your mission is simple to protect Hernando's target, do not let anything happen to any of the Marcos family yet someone was shot and you killed those criminals in a blink?! What would you use now as a lead?! Use your fucking heads!!!"
"We already have a lead and about those, I have killed, If I didn't kill them we'll be all dead, you want a Marcos to die?" Fría answered
Her boss sighed heavily
"You two will be the death of me!!! How about Hernando's location did you find it?" He asked
"Not yet sir" Mike answered this time
"Not yet? Then what are you still doing?? Move already!! Before something happens again!!" Their boss said and end the call
"Tsk crazy mother fucking bastard " Fría whispered
"Fría! You're going to get us more punishment!!" Mike scolded Fría who just ignored him
*Fría's POV*
Everything and everyone is annoying, Mike is annoying, our boss is annoying and this family is annoying!!! They kept pestering me with this and that and mo-Mrs Araneta keeps babying me any moment she gets. My cousins want to spar with me and my brothers want to bond with me! Not to mention Callista is pestering me to cook with her and Mami Imee wants me to go shopping with her!
"Fría, you okay?" Mike asked as he saw me
"Yes, I am" I answered
"Then why are you hiding there?" Mike asked again
"Shut it, they might see us, come here!!" Hinila ko si Mike sa tabi ko
"Why what's wrong?" Mike asked me again and I look at him dead in the eye
"They've been following me for the past four days and it's annoying as hell!" I said and look around we are currently hiding at my hiding place when I was little
"What's up with that?"
"Mike, you know my mission! I don't want Hernando to know that they're my family!! As long as Hernando is still alive I can't be with my family..." I said and that made him realize everything he then sighed and look at me softly
"Then when will you tell them that we only have a week left here in the Marcos mansion? Boss already deployed the new agents that will be assigned to protecting the Marcos family" he said and I sighed at this
"I won't tell them anything, it would be much safer if they don't know anything," I said
Mike then sighed at this but didn't say anything, he looks at me in the eyes and I suddenly felt shy.
What the hell is wrong with me...
"Just remember that I will always be here, partner," Mike said and pat me on the back
I smiled at him and feel myself blushing
"What are you two doing?" A voice asked behind them
Fría and Mike were frightened and the both of them frantically got up, in a blushing mess.
"Calli? Wha-what are you doing here?" I asked frantically
What the hell?
"Ako yong na-unang nag tanong, Anong ginagawa niyo diyan? Don't tell me you two are doing the dirty....." Callista said and then squeal
"Mom dad!! You won't believe what I saw!! Si ate Fría at si Mike!!" Callista screamed at the top of her lungs
"Wait! Callista it's not what you think!!!" I yell and followed her sister
Mike on the other hand is already a laughing havoc
"Callista? Bakit ka nagsisigaw diyan, Ang ingay ingay!" Imee said while sitting on the couch
"Mami, I saw ate Fría and Kuya mile doing the dirty!!" Callista screamed at the top of her lungs and everyone stop what they were doing and look at Calli
"What?" Irene ask
"I said I saw ate Fría" Callista was stopped by me
"It's not true!! It's a misunderstanding!! " I said while panting
"Anong misunderstanding ehh I saw the two of you nga na nagtatago!!" Callista said
At pinandilatanan ko siya Ng mata
Mom and Mami Imee look at me, a moment later Mike walks inside and he can feel the deadly silence.
Fuck...wrong timing...
"Care to explain?" Imee and Irene asked at the same time
*Third person POV*
Mike is already drained as he was scolded for more than an hour now
Fuck...I must say I still prefer being scolded by my boss to this...
"Can you two please stop na? Mo-mom? Mami Imee?" Fría said and the two looked at her
It's been so long since Fría called them that, the two then stop what they're doing to Mike and he quickly runs away. Imee and Irene look at Fría who smiled at Mike and then looks at them.
"You like him?" Imee asked
"Him? No Hindi no! Hinding Hindi!" Fría said shaking her head
"Eh ano yong sinabi ni Callista kanina?" Tanong ni Irene
"Mom, I told you, it's a misunderstanding," Fría said
She then looks at Irene who is on the verge of crying and so are Imee and Callista
"What? Did I say something wrong?' Fría asked
"I...I just miss this...you calling me mom, thank you anak for giving me a chance...for giving us a chance ..." Irene said and hugged Fría
Sumali naman si Imee at Callista
"Evie, can I call you that?" Irene asked her daughter who nod
"I'm so glad, your back for good now..." Irene said and Fría didn't say anything
