Aria is silently staring at the red night sky while sitting on the rooftop of that hotel they checked in. It's really fast how the Tree of Life died. Ngayon ay nagsisisi na sya kung bakit nila pinagkatiwalaan si Lester.
Maya-maya pa ay na sense nya ang presence ni Zach. He searched for him ans saw him standing ang looking at her from afar. She gave him a warm smile and he did the same. Atsaka mabilis syang lumapit dito.
"What are you doing here?"
"Nothing... I don't want to disturb you from your silent thinking I didn't realize you're sense of smell is as strong as mine."
"What are you thinking?" nakangiti nyang tanong dito.
He stared into her red eyes. On that moment Aria felt his love and how he missed her. It must be hard for him like this pero mas mahirap din un sa kanya. 3 months silang hindi nagkita... how much more kung a lifetime silang hindi magkikita? Their world's.... are completely different from each other. Then Zach lowered down his head na tila may malaki itong kasalanan sa kanya. Napakunot ang noo nya.
"Hey what's the problem?"
"I'm sorry Aria..."
"For what?" kinakabahan nyang tanong dito. Ano kaya ang ikinakasorry nito? Oh my God! Did he find another woman on the 3months their not together? Did he realized that he doesn't love her anymore?
"Oh c'mon Aria it's not what ur thinking."
Animo nabuhuhsan ng malamig na yelo si Aria. What? Is he a mind reader too?
"Then what are you saying sorry for?"
"For not being able to save you... for not being able to find you... I'm sorry Aria..."
Halos malusaw ang puso ni Aria seeing Zach like this. Parang namatayan ito. His handsome face is so gloomy like its mourning for her already. Niyakap n lamang nya ito. She's sure that Zach is about to break down any moment now. And she doesn't want that to happen. She wants him to feel that it's okay for her, that its not his fault why they've been apart for 3months. But she's sure na kaht sabihin nya na okay lang sa kanya ang mga nangyari alam nya na hindi pa din ito makoconvince doon.
"I'm sorry Aria..." he said now in a broken tone of voice.
"Ohhh Zach... please don't be like this. It's not your fault. I want you to know that."
"I don't want you to feel unsecured while I'm at your side but... I let you down... and I hate myself for that."
"Believe me Zach I feel like I'm at my most safest place when I'm with you. The events that happened on the Catacombs of Black Citadel is not your fault. You just instructed me what to do best on that situation and it worked! Believe me if we're not together on that moment i think I'm dead now Zach. So no matter how you saw it, no matter how sorry you are now it's not worth it... because its not your fault honey... it's not worth it to see you like this and to feel you this way." Lalong humigpit ang yakap ni Zach sa kanya.
"But I'm your Knight in shining Armor right? I'm supposed to be the one to save you... always..."
Bumitiw sya ng yakap kay Zach and she looked straight to his eyes. She cuffed her hands into his face. Then she smiled. "Listen to me Mister. You're my Knight in shining Armor no matter what. Don't forget it okay?"
Zach finally smiled at her. Then she continue talking.
"And my Knight in shining Armor isn't perfect. I hate perfection... because not being perfect is what humans are. And right now Zach... I cannot feel that I'm a human being anymore. So please be an imperfect vampire to me so that I will know how to find home."
