Okay so- I already said it in the last chapter- sorry that I ranted there. It was less "informational" and more of a "vent" as you call it. At this point I'm just tired of society.

Anyways! These are my thoughts on why humanity should still go through evolution, but also why I think society should still stay ignorant. Many people think that evolution is key, that moving forward and learning more about life is something that's good. It would be something that's good!.... If good people existed. Let me explain;
I first got the idea for this chapter in my science class. We were working on a thing called Genetic engineering and Bio tech (I wasn't really listening to this class). For some work I had to do, I had to watch a BCC (or BBC) documentary about genetic engineering. THAT is where I heard some good things and even more good things that bad people would take advantage of. Apparently through a lot of science stuff, humans could possibly be immortal. HUMANS being immortal already raises a bunch of problems. If bad people are able to be immortal, who knows what types of fucked up thing's they could do with all that extra time??? And what if it gets over populated on earth? SOME of us have to die or else we'll all starve!!! Although humans will get to live longer, is it really worth it? Along with the potentially bad things such as the possibility of genetic discrimination, only the rich people getting the goods, terrible parents genetically modifying their kids to be "perfect"... Hell the only GOOD thing is the fact this "Biotech/Gene therapy" Stuff could stop sicknesses.

So if this is too long and you didn't read it, here's the rundown! Evolution is good because we get to grow as a society. But ignorance is also bliss as it keeps us from burning to the ground. I feel at this instance, humanity needs to be more ignorant and not evolve any further. The world is already messed up as it is.
