The anniversary of her sister's passing brings Yelena back to New York. The 27-year-old retired prodigy is taken by surprise when she is tagged in a video of a 21 year-old rookie skater, Kate Bishop, dancing to her 2014 performance in Sochi, Russia.
The ice calls to Kate.

My Comments/Thoughts: Kate and Yelena as competitive ice skaters is a concept I didn't think I needed until I read this. It also touches on deep subjects that both characters go through, not only touching upon being ice skaters which is really nice because it adds so much to the characters.
