Summary: Kate wakes the next morning to find Yelena curled into her side, their legs tangled together, their hands touching. Yelena blinks slowly at her, smiles. "Good morning," she says, her voice still heavy with sleep and her accent softly sweet, and there's that strange flash of familiarity again.
All of a sudden, the realization hits Kate like a sledgehammer: the accent, the blonde hair. The assassin Clint told her about earlier.

My Comments/Thoughts: I love nothing more than Kate wearing a suit, I am a firm believer she would pick a suit whenever given a chance, BUT I don't mind the idea of Yelena being the one wearing the suit this time
Story has a nice flow to it, scene to scene, developing the plot as we go.
Kate you gay mess. Pining over a girl SO hard you don't know how to function? I mean it's Yelena I get it so I can't judge
the conversation they have at the end. the pinch of angst. the heightened emotions. the tension!
It is important to note that this is based on Comic Clint and not MCU Clint which waas unfamiliar with me being a MCU gal. However, this unfamiliarity was unwelcomed and it was refreshing to read this Clint. Kate and Clint felt more like a couple of best friends than a father/daughter type of duo which was new to me. I don't know anything about the comics so I don't know if that's how they are in the comics. Besides Clint and Kate, I loved the writing on Yelena and Kate themselves. It was amusing, humorous, and adorable. Filled my bishova heart with joy. Not a fan of the minor relationship with Sam/Bucky/Clint but that's just my personal opinion. The overall writing was great and would go back to read again.
