It only took a few months for them to become a family of seven. The oldest was Dust's kid, Spirit. He lived up to the name as a spirited little guy who was unbelievably reckless in behavior. They all were, actually. His magic was blue like his 'mother's' with his own little purple jacket, blue shirt, and diaper. Don't ask how they got such a tiny jacket. (Error made it.) Echo was Killer's boy. He had the same liquid hate dripping down his sockets as his daddy, but Classic didn't mind. He had his own little black jacket with a red shirt and a diaper. He had a fascination with things in a shape of a heart for some reason. Classic let him do what he wanted in terms of that as long as it didn't hurt him, his brother's, or the others around him. The last was Chase. He was the only one with different colored magic, purple to be precise, he wore a hunter's camo jacket with a white shirt and had a major staring problem. It creeped Nightmare and Error out. A lot. Horror often praised his son for it though, which gave Chase the incentive to continue. Yeah, the three were pretty spoiled.

"spirit." The child froze from his wall art and hid the crayon behind himself as he turned to face his daddy with an innocent smile. "what were you doing, spirit? not getting into trouble, i hope." Spirit shook his head with a childish "no." Dust narrowed his sockets at Spirit. "you better not be lying, because if you were, i wouldn't be able to show you my super cool technique on how to get away with it." Spirit hesitated and showed him the crayon. Dust grinned. "atta boy. now watch your worries..." With magic he teleported the crayon into a vase. "disappear." They both started giggling until... "dust you better not be letting spirit get away with things again!"
"i'm not!" Dust winked at Spirit who giggled some more.🍀🍀🍀
"what's this." Killer asked as he held up a flashcard for Echo. "i's a heart." Killer sweatdropped. "its a boat, buddy. what's your thing about hearts anyway?" Echo shrugged. "ok, well what about this?" Echo pointed excitedly at the picture. "i's a heart!" Killer sighed. "it's a cat.." Killer put down the cards and picked up Echo, plopping him down in his lap. "i know you like hearts you little weirdo, but you need to know this stuff before you go to undertale with your mama. you wanna impress your uncle, right?" He poked teasingly at Echo who tried to squirm away, laughing. "ok. i's not a heart." Killer smiled. "ok, let's try this again then." He held up a flashcard. "i's a 'roo." Killer nodded approvingly. "very good, it is a kangaroo. and this?" Echo got super excited. "i's a heart!!!!!" Killer groaned. "echo it's not a- oh. it is a heart. good job buddy."

Meanwhile, Nightmare was having a staring contest with Chase. He was sick of the boy staring at him all the freaking time! It was unsettling. So Nightmare attempted to glare Chase down while the boy tilted his head up to look Nightmare in the eye. And they stared... and stared... and stared until Nightmare HAD to look away. "it's like he's staring right into my stars damned soul!" The King of Negativity shivered while Classic picked Chase up. "you might not be to far off, actually."
"the eyes are the gateway to the soul, it's how chase reads indepth into souls." Horror waved it off. "pretty cool if ya ask me." Nightmare glared. "i didn't ask you.." He grumbled.2 chapters left
