Sheng Yi returned to his peak. He left the tiger cub to watch over the boy's training and Qin Yancheng became more curious of the sudden situation.

In his previous life, Sheng Yi didn't accept anyone. This led to the strongest student taking over and bully the weak.

Everyone thought that Sheng Yi would one day come down his peak to accept a disciple, but he never did. He only came down once to kill all the students that broke the rules of the sect and cross his bottom line.

That day very few people survived, including Qin Yancheng. As for the people that made his life miserable? They all died that day.

Which leads to his current confusion. Why did he come back for revenge and killed Sheng Yi in his previous life when there shouldn't have been any grievances between them?

Qin Yancheng thought for a long time and couldn't remember which caused him a headache.

"Little boy, what are you thinking so intently about?"

Qin Yancheng look at his old friend being much younger than before. "Is he your master?"

"Sheng Yi? Yeah. He's the best master anyone can hope for."

"What about the rumors surrounding him?"

The tiger cub laughed and rolled around mid air. "What rumors? There's too many!"

"Everyone says he's really strong. How strong is he?"

The cub stopped laughing and froze in the air. Placing a paw under his chin, the tiger thought seriously trying to remember. "Let's see... He's definitely the strongest in all the realms, that's for certain. If you really want to know how strong he is, its very difficult to describe."

"Oh! You probably don't know about the realms, right?"

Qin Yancheng: ...I know.

"No? What are the realms?"

"Listen carefully!" The cub coughs into his paw and raises his chin with a proud look. He uses his paw to count even though he has no fingers.

"There are multiple realms in this world and universe. Right now, we're in what's called 'The Lower Realm'. The spiritual energy here is very weak and there's barely any treasures or resources to be found. Meaning its very weak."

The tiger pauses then continued with emphasis. "But! That doesn't mean there aren't great masters in the lower realm and divine rare treasures! It all depends on fate and luck."

"Next is 'The Middle Realm'. This realm is not infinitely better than the lower realm, but it is still better. There are more resources and the spiritual energy in the air is richer. Some rare things in the lower realm are common in the middle realm. Rare talents in the lower realm becomes a common talent in the middle realm."

"That's why its so hard for someone from the lower realm to survive when they go to the middle realm. They usually die. Whatever achievement or fame they had in the lower realm means nothing in the middle realm."

"Then there's 'The Upper Realm'. Everything is rich and abundant there. No shortages of talents and treasures! The only thing that is rare and scarce and what everyone tries to get their hands on are immortal items. But even those, you can at least find one in each very powerful families or sect."

"Finally there's 'The Secret Realm'. These can be small isolated world created by very powerful people or naturally formed by laws. They're all unique and have their own rules and restrictions."

"So you ask how strong is Sheng Yi?"

"Up til now and throughout history, he has been the only one to go unhindered in all the realms. Even those who've studied the laws of time and space can't go just anywhere they want! That's how baffling it is when it comes to Sheng Yi."

"Who is he? Where is he from? How old is he? What's his past?"

The tiger spreads his paws helplessly without any suspense. "No one knows. Not even the oldest living person nor the one who has stayed by Sheng Yi's side the longest knows. There's no textbook or records of any Sheng Yi in history either."

"It's like... he just suddenly appeared into the world, you know? Such a big mystery has never been solved and it doesn't seem like it'll ever will be."

"But if you look carefully and are capable enough to do so, you'll sometimes find his traces throughout the realms. It's possible it can be related to Sheng Yi somehow and no one will ever know unless something happens or by coincidence."

Then the tiger starts flying around Qin Yancheng curiously. Tapping his paw to his chin. Squinting his eyes to see if there's anything to notice.

"Tell me. How did a weak little guy like you get that sword? It's so strange. I remember it being put in a secret realm created by Sheng Yi."

"Something about waiting for fate and no one being worthy."

"No offense kid, but... you're weak. You look so fragile that I don't see anything noteworthy at all."

"Or is it because I'm a tiger and it's a sword so we're looking at different things?"

"I don't know. I didn't even know I had a sword inside of me before today."

"Then... you made a fortune without knowing it? Or it was destined to be with you?"

After thinking for a few moments, the tiger burst into a laughter. "Well! Since you have the sword it means your future will never be boring. Let me give you an advice as your senior and someone who knows Sheng Yi."

The tiger grins maliciously. "Using that sword is very difficult. So you better be prepared for some cursing and hell training. Especially since this sword has sentience and its own wisdom."

"If before retrieving the bead, it can still talk and teach some swordsmanship. After getting the bead, it'll be able to separate its mind from its body. Meaning when trained by the sword, it can appear in front of you and hit you."

Just thinking of such a future, the tiger burst into a fit of laughter again while spinning in mid air.

Don't blame the tiger for laughing. It had a rough and similar experience in the past too. Now he finally gets to see someone else suffer the same fate...

He must enjoy the show in the future!

Little does he know Qin Yancheng is already somewhat familiar with the sword in his past life. Although he never could use its full potential til the very end, he was taught for years verbally by the sword.

And after years of being with each other, they've already formed a life and death friendship. So they are no longer strangers to each other and have certain understanding of the other's personality.
