During lockdown, when procrastinationgot the best of us, we always had each other
Instead of catching up on our work we sang and
danced along to our favourite tunes
When times got tough, we ranted all night
Finally going to sleep saying "Well thank you
for listening to my Ted Talk ''
Now I sit in my room procrastinating
but this time there is no one there by my bed side
Everything is starting to feel a little more
normal now and school is taking over our lives
I remember us laughing the nights away,
on the phone with the others and getting in trouble for staying up late.
As much as this virus hasn't been a blessing in our lives, sometimes I wish I could go back to those moments ,
Sometimes I just wish we had more time.
