I woke up breathing heavily. Kirstin was sleeping peacefully beside me and I sighed as I gently tapped her shoulder. She woke up and blinked sleepily. Kirstin was clearly unaware of my nightmare.

Kirstin: Kailyn, what's wrong?

Me: I had another nightmare.

She instantly sat up and pulled me into her. I inhaled her sweet scent as I slowly started to breathe normally. Kirstin gently rubbed my back and her brown eyes were soft with comfort and love. Her voice matched her eyes.

Kirstin: Was it Jessica again?

Me: N-no.

Kirstin remained quiet for several heartbeats as she continued to rub my back. Her eyes remained filled with love as she asked an important question.

Kirstin: It's not?

I started to tremble as I remembered my nightmare. Kirstin held me closer as she waited for me to say what it was.

Kirstin: Kailyn, please you have to tell me what it was so I can help you.

Her voice was gentle with comfort and love. It soothed me down just enough to say something.

Me: N-no it's not. I-I was in a strange place, there were no trees or anything around me. I couldn't move...

I went on to tell her the rest of the nightmare and when I got to the part where the tornado ran over her, I stopped and leaned into her sobbing. My body continued to tremble as Kirstin held me closer than before.

Kirstin: Shhh. You're okay, Kailyn. I'm right here. It's okay, It's okay.

Mitch walked in the room and upon seeing me trembling in Kirstin's arms; he came and sat beside us. He placed his hand on Kirstin's shoulder. His brown eyes, filled with concern, met Kirstin's love and comfort filled eyes. He could see that she was on the verge of tears.

Mitch: Did she have another nightmare?

Kirstin simply nodded and covered me with a blanket. She softly hummed and before long, I fell back asleep. Mitch watched as Kirstin gently laid my head back on the pillow and hummed the sweetest tune. Mitch smiled at how well Kirstin handled the situation.

Mitch: Was it Jessica again?

Kirstin: No, she had a nightmare where there was a terrible storm and she protected me from hail, but then a tornado came. Judging by how she acted, I would guess that the tornado killed me. Poor thing, she had a nightmare last night and now tonight. She isn't going to heal if she keeps having nightmares.

Mitch: Any idea why she has been having these nightmares? They seem to have the same topic or story. One of us is getting killed.

Kirstin shook her head and thought about it. Mitch didn't know about the first one but Kirstin looked at him with love and grief at the same time. Had my nightmare affected her as well?

Kirstin: Mitch, the first one she had was just unbelievable. You know how upset she had become, right?

Mitch: Yeah I remember you telling me. Scott told me as well.

Kirstin: Well she was on the stage at EPCOT and there were shadows everywhere. She said that I was the only one where the crowd was. Then she heard a cry of distress or agony from Scott then like a split second later a cry of death from you. Not long after that she heard a cry of death from Scott. She then told me that she turned around and saw a knife glistening in the sun then it plunged into my side. I fell to the ground and said a few words then died. Then she said that she looked up and saw Jessica holding a knife dripping with blood then Jessica went to kill her.
