Before Misaki and Akihiko were going on their fifth year of their relationship, Natsuko decided that it was time for her son and the rest of her family to know what she really is and what her family was. She arranged a day where they could all come together so that she could tell them.
When they all arrived, they were surprised to see each other, and had no idea why they were all called here. When Natsuko came in, she took a deep breath and began to tell everyone, Akihiko, Misaki, Haruhiko, and Fuyuhiko, about everything.
When she was finally done, after about what was like a few hours, she looked up to meet their gaze, and sure enough, their faces were blank. She then showed them her sharingan, and all the other things that she had learned from her mother while she was training with her, and then she tearfully confessed everything else to them, to why she was so cold, to why she married Fuyuhiko in the first place, to all the pressure she felt, and even went on to explain all her family's history. Everyone in the room was dumbfounded by the time she was done, and she also explained that everyone that had her or her brother's blood in them also had these powers, so that means that both Akihiko and Kaoruko had these powers inside them.
"I-I-Is, unc-cle-" A stuttering voice came from the usually confident author, but Natsuko finished for him by saying that Haruki was indeed telling Kaoruko about this as well, as they had agreed to do so, as they had completely forgotten to tell them this during their younger years.
Misaki then chimed in saying that he thought that at times he could see Akihiko's eyes changing color and his pupils change shape whenever he was angry or frustrated at times. Natsuko explains that feeling those kinds of emotions can trigger the sharingan, and that's probably what Misaki saw.
