A couple years later, Hiroki had actually gotten pregnant again. He and Nowaki were celebrating their tenth anniversary together, however still unmarried, as they couldn't get married as same sex marriage isn't legal in japan. They were excited, way too excited, and forgot to take the necessary precautions to ensure that Hiroki doesn't get pregnant again.
When Hiroki was ready to give birth again, he actually had to have an operation done, as the baby was upside down, and the baby would have to be surgically removed instead, which freaked Nowaki out a lot. Cause of that, he gave birth on time, as that was the time of the appointment, and this time, it was a little boy who they named Eiko, who was also bigger and heavier than the average baby.
Around the same time of Hiroki's second birth, Shinobu had gotten pregnant again. It turns out that around that time, Shinobu's sister Risako had finally put the pieces together that her brother and ex-husband were in a relationship (took the lady long enough). She demanded that they break up, but Shinobu protested saying that they already had a child together, but Risako believed that they had just adopted a look alike to try and trick her, and once again demand that they break up and put the child in an orphanage.
Yoh and Shinobu decided that they would show her she was wrong by getting Shinobu pregnant again. Once Shinobu had shown her that he was pregnant again after a couple months, and explained how it was possible, and after verifying that the pregnancy test was real, although deeply distraught, she let them be.
They were almost completely sure that she would try something and cause problems, but she actually gave Shinobu a peaceful pregnancy. He gave birth right on time this time like Hiroki, and to a little girl who they named Haruka.
Misaki and Ryuuichiro didn't get pregnant again. They did want kids, but they didn't want anymore than two, and their boyfriends agreed, thinking that two was enough as well, and they took necessary precautions when they were...in it... from then on (let's keep it at that and leave it at that).
