Bubbling new feelings

(Steven's pov)
After not healing Pink Pearl with my tears, i decided to talk to Pearl

(I ain't tying all that shit-)

Loid walked up to us "hey guys!"

"Oh hey Loid! This is Volleyball."

She tilts her head "Volleyball?"

I nod "i know it's stupid but.."

Pearl and Volleyball laugh

I sigh, looking over to Loid to see if she's laughing too but..she's blushing?

I shrug "anyway, so Pearl..do you know what to do?"

She nods "i do..well when a pearl got damaged..she would be taken to the reef."

Volleyball perks up "yes! That is what Pink would do!"

Pearl and i cringe a little

Loid smiles "you're so smart, Volleyball.."

Volleyball giggles

(Skip to the reef)

"Welcome, Pink diamond to the reef."

"Uh it's Steven universe."

"Welcome to the reef, Steven universe."

We head through the reef, looking at all the stuff

Pearl picks up a ribbon wand "look at this.."

Loid smiles a little "i think it's pretty." She laughs

Volleyball pulls out her own ribbon wand

Loid had stars in her eyes "woah.." as she blushes a little

Volleyball seems to blush too

Pearl frowns a little, scoffing lightly "let's move on."

I frown at the two bonding gems, as they walk to the next room

"Want me to hold your hand, Volleyball?" Loid offers, bowing and showing her abomination hand (yes that is an owl house reference.) Volleyball smiles and takes her hand

I smile at the two, laughing a little "alright you two, head up there."

Volleyball heads to the warp pad thing, Loid following behind

(Loid's pov)
She's..so..radiant..but..
I can't show these feelings..i..
Have to bubble up these feelings or..
I'll end up loving her.

I look at Volleyball as the light surrounds her, scanning her

"Did it work?" Steven questions

"I am sorry but..her pearl is fine."

"What? So her gem is fine??" Steven says

"Yes but.."

"So..it's psychological?"

"Yes, i can't do anything about this.."

(Blah blah- steven gets mad and Loid and Pearl guard Volleyball as she cowers on the ground)

I growl at steven "what is your problem!?"

The reef turns red. "I am sorry but these gems are disturbing you, steven." The reef explains, locking the three of us up with a shell and shocking us
Trying to poof us

We all scream in agony, mine being the loudest and high pitched

"I-i'm sorry for having.." i start, crying before continuing "..these unnecessary feelings!" I cry out

Steven looks at the screen "what does she mean..?"

Volleyball faces me "w-what?"

"I..have feelings for you! And i-i can't get them out..!" I start glowing as the shell breaks, me glowing a dark red.

*gasps fill the room*

My wings fly out of me as tentacles with claws from the wall comes at us, but i use my wings to cut them in half

Volleyball holds my hands as we stand on the beach "Loid..i..also share these feelings.."

I blush
"You do?"
She nods, smiling "i do and I'm glad I'm not alone in this."

She leans in..
And..
I also lean in
